Machining tool
A machining tool forms a first relief surface, a valve seat surface, and a second relief surface by cutting the inner periphery of a valve seat blank having an opening. The machining tool is provided with: a tool body rotationally driven about an axis; a plurality of cutting tools rotating with the tool body; a cartridge mounted to the tool body so as to be capable of moving forward and backward along the axis; and a cam in contact with the base end surface of the cartridge and moving the cartridge forward and backward. At least one of the plurality of cutting tools is mounted to the cartridge.
MOBILE DEVICE FOR MACHINING A WORKPIECE
A mobile device for machining a workpiece, the mobile device including a shaft rotatable about a rotation axis; a carriage rotatable with the shaft about the rotation axis and axially, or radially displaceable relative to the rotation axis; a tool support for a cutting tool, the tool support connected to the carriage and displaceable along a carriage axis and in a direction perpendicular to the carriage axis; and a transmission that couples the shaft to the tool support and the carriage so that the tool support is displaceable along a path that includes an axial and a radial movement component relative to the shaft.

Valve seat machining device, and valve seat machining method using said valve seat machining device
A valve seat processing machine configured to process a valve seat in a valve device including a valve body portion which forms a flow passage of fluid and a valve drive portion which drives a valve element capable of tightly engaging with the valve seat includes: a base portion attached to the valve body portion; a main body portion movable relative to the base portion; a support portion movable relative to the main body portion in a drive direction of the valve element; a main spindle rotatable relative to the support portion about an axis parallel to the drive direction of the valve element; a tool holder configured to hold a tool for processing the valve seat and movable relative to the main spindle in a direction intersecting the drive direction of the valve element; and a controller configured to control movement of the support portion and the tool holder.
SEALING SURFACE PROCESSING MACHINE AND METHOD
A sealing surface processing machine cuts an attachment surface of a seal member in a valve main body. The machine includes a pedestal attached to the valve main body; a main body movably supported on the pedestal; a tool holder configured to hold a tool for processing the attachment surface; a rotating part configured to rotate the tool holder around an axis parallel to a movement direction of a valve body; a first moving part configured to move the tool holder along a first direction along which the valve body moves; a second moving part configured to move the tool holder along a second direction intersecting with the movement direction of the valve body; a first adjustment device configured to adjust a position of the main body in the first direction; and a second adjustment device configured to adjust a position of the main body in the second direction.
