Edge-removing tool for sheet metal
An edge-removing tool for sheet metal includes a head with a rotating cutting tool. The head has at least one guide for an edge. The head preferably includes a sleeve with the guide. The tool can be used to separate edges of an angled and/or welded sheet metal connection.
Assembled chamfer mill
An assembled chamfer mill comprises a tool holder, an extension shaft, and chamfer bits locked to two ends of the extension shaft. The chamfer bits each have upper blades and lower blades for chamfering the edges of a workpiece simultaneously. The length of a shaft body of the extension shaft may be set in various sizes. Depending on the thickness and shape of the workpiece, the shaft body having an appropriate length is selected, so as to control the distance between the two chamfer bits. Another extension shaft may be provided to connect a further chamber bit for chamfering the edges of the workpiece simultaneously.
Router bit with a flared cutting edge
A bearingless groove router bit includes at least one cutting element affixed to a head of the router bit and has a first end spaced from an end of connected shank connected to the head and a second end adjacent to the second end of the head. The cutting element includes a cutting edge extending along the cutting element between the first end to the second end of the cutting element. The cutting edge may include a radial side edge that projects radially inwardly relative to a central axis of the router bit and a straight side edge that extends from an end of the radial side edge outwardly relative to the central axis to minimize tear out during cutting of a groove in a work piece.
DEBURRING TOOL AND DEBURRING APPARATUS
Provided are a deburring tool and a deburring apparatus capable of, when the contact angle between the deburring tool and a workpiece changes, following the portions to be deburred, and thus always capable of performing uniform deburring against contraction, deformation, and strain of resin products.
A deburring tool includes a nav. tool 9 in which a cutting tool 7 is inserted and fitted and that has an opening 41 exposing a blade portion of the cutting tool 7, opening edge portions 42 and 43 of the opening 41 each include a profiling guide portion 45 expanding, in the circumferential direction of the profiling guide member, in a sector shape that is centered on the center axis of the nav. tool 9, and the profiling guide portion 45 is formed to have a conical shape in side view.
Beveling cutter having helical edged blades and discharge grooves
A beveling cutter can include a body with a shaft hole formed through the center. The cutter can also include a plurality of 10 cutter blades arranged at predetermined distances on the circumferential surface of the body, each having a radial primary blade with a radial primary relief angle (a) ranging from about 5 to about 15 degrees and a radial secondary blade with a radial secondary relief angle (b) ranging from about 16 to about 30 degrees. The cutter can also include discharge grooves formed longitudinally between the cutter blades to discharge chips produced in beveling, and a key groove formed at a portion inside the body, in which the helix angle (d) of the cutter blades ranges from about 5 to about 45 degrees. With the beveling cutter, it is possible to smoothly discharge chips produced in beveling and to prevent damage to the cutter blades.
Corner profiling guide
An apparatus for guiding a rotary tool along a work piece corner edge formed by the intersection of two orthogonal planar surfaces, has a corner guide formed by two orthogonal planar components and defining a longitudinal axis from back to front. An adjustable tool holder assembly is affixed to the corner guide, includes a tool holder, and is configured to independently adjust a tool holder longitudinal position along the corner guide, a radial position of the tool holder relative to the corner guide, and an angular orientation of the tool holder rotating in a transverse plane orthogonal to the longitudinal axis.
Apparatus for metal-cutting machining of wear-affected bit holders of road milling machines, and use of an apparatus for overhauling such wear-affected bit holders
An apparatus for metal-cutting machining of wear-affected bit-head-proximal end regions of bit holders of road milling machines encompasses: a rotary actuator having an output member rotating around an actuator rotation axis; at least one material-removing tool, rotatable around a tool rotation axis, which is coupled or couplable to the output member so as to rotate together; a positioning arbor, extending along an arbor axis, which is embodied for introduction into a bit receptacle opening of a bit holder and which comprises an abutment segment, located radially remotely from the arbor axis and facing away from the arbor axis in a direction having a radial component, which is embodied for abutment against an inner wall of the bit receptacle opening. A material-removing region, populated with cutting edges, of the material-removing tool is arranged between the positioning arbor and the output member.
MILLING MACHINE, IN PARTICULAR HAND-HELD MILLING MACHINE, FOR MILLING BEVELS AND FILLETS
A milling machine, in particular a hand-held milling machine, for milling bevels and fillets, having a housing in which a drive device and a spindle are mounted, wherein the spindle is configured to receive at least one cutting device and is connected to the drive device via at least one transmission. Additionally, a rebound damper for protecting the transmission is provided on the spindle.
