PORTABLE SPOT WELDER
Disclosed is a portable spot welder. The spot welder includes a control board; a battery connected to the control board; an analog-to-digital converter (ADC) detection module connected to the control board; a power metal oxide semiconductor (MOS) module connected to the battery; an optical-coupler isolation driving module connected to the power MOS module and the control board; a battery protection module connected to the battery and the control board; a power supply module connected to the battery protection module and the control board; and a soldering iron module connected to the battery protection module and provided with spot welding pen interfaces. The spot welder can be connected to an external spot welding pen for use or used as an emergency power bank. A safety coefficient is improved, risks of overheating, overcurrent and a short circuit of a portable spot welder body are reduced, and a size is reduced.
POWER TOOLS AND POWER TOOLS PLATFORM
A power tool system includes a removable battery pack a first tool and a second tool. The first tool includes a first base housing that is selectively engageable with the removable battery pack and a first tool portion connected to the first base housing by a first connecting section. The second tool includes a second base housing that is selectively engageable with the removable battery pack and a second tool portion connected to the second base housing by a second connecting section. The second tool base housing houses a second controller that provides a proportional power delivery system for the second tool and second tool base housing also includes a second actuator for providing user control of the second tool.
Hot stapler
A hot stapler includes a body, two heat conducting units, an electrical storage unit, a circuit unit, and a switch button. The body includes a head and a handle. The electrical storage unit is disposed in the handle and has a voltage value less than 6 volts. A first wire and a first resistor of the circuit unit are electrically mounted between one of the two heat conducting units and the electrical storage unit. A second wire and a second resistor of the circuit unit are electrically mounted between the other one of the two heat conducting units and the electrical storage unit. The switch button is disposed on the handle and is switchable between a power-on position and a power-off position.
Soldering tool
A soldering tool includes a housing having a handle portion defining a first longitudinal axis, and a head portion coupled to the handle portion and defining a second axis. The soldering tool further includes a heating element coupled to the head portion for movement therewith. The head portion is movable relative to the handle portion between a first orientation in which the second axis is coaxial with the first axis, and a second orientation in which the second axis is non-coaxial with the first axis.

Soldering iron tip
The present invention provides a soldering iron with a tip having two separate halves that are electrically isolated from one another. When both halves of the tip are applied to an electrically conductive material, such as the material to be soldered, an electrical circuit between the tip halves and an electrical power source is completed. Therefore, the tip can reach operating temperatures quickly. When the tip is removed from the joint, the electrical circuit is broken and the tip material may quickly cool to a temperature safe for human contact. The tip material permits higher power outputs than other battery operated portable soldering irons and heat and cools faster the conventional soldering tips.
