PORTABLE SPOT WELDER
Disclosed is a portable spot welder. The spot welder includes a control board; a battery connected to the control board; an analog-to-digital converter (ADC) detection module connected to the control board; a power metal oxide semiconductor (MOS) module connected to the battery; an optical-coupler isolation driving module connected to the power MOS module and the control board; a battery protection module connected to the battery and the control board; a power supply module connected to the battery protection module and the control board; and a soldering iron module connected to the battery protection module and provided with spot welding pen interfaces. The spot welder can be connected to an external spot welding pen for use or used as an emergency power bank. A safety coefficient is improved, risks of overheating, overcurrent and a short circuit of a portable spot welder body are reduced, and a size is reduced.
Component joining apparatus, component joining method and mounted structure
A component joining apparatus, which can realize positioning between a component and a substrate with high accuracy by avoiding influence of thermal expansion of the substrate at the time of joining the component to the substrate by heating at a high temperature, includes a component supply head holding a component and a heating stage heating and holding a substrate, in which a heating region where the heating stage contacts the substrate includes a joining region of the substrate in which the component is joined, and the substrate is larger than the heating stage and a peripheral part of the substrate does not contact the heating stage.
SOLDERING IRON
A soldering iron including an iron main body; and an iron tip having a leading end configured to fuse solder, the iron tip including an iron tip main body of a thermal conductive material; a heater configured to heat the iron tip main body, and a temperature sensor configured to detect a temperature of the leading end side of the iron tip, wherein, a first hole part accommodating the heater and a second hole part accommodating the temperature sensor are formed independent of each other inside the iron tip main body.
Hand-held heating tool
A hand-held heating tool includes a handle unit, a pivot unit, a positioning unit, and a heating unit. The handle unit has a recess and a positioning portion. The pivot unit is pivotally connected to the handle unit and has a guiding groove and an abutment section. The positioning unit includes a positioning member, a control member, and an elastic member arranged between the control member and the abutment section. The control member is movably arranged in the guiding groove to actuate the positioning member to move relative to the recess so that the positioning member is selectively engaged with the positioning portion for adjusting a relative angle between the handle unit and the heating unit.
Wax welding apparatus and method of use
An apparatus for wax welding is provided that includes a removable cartridge adapted for operative engagement with a power supply. The removable cartridge includes a tube defining a proximal end portion, a distal end portion, a longitudinal axis, and a hollow bore, and a self-regulating heater is disposed within the tube. The apparatus further includes a tip secured to the distal end portion of the tube within the hollow bore, the tip defining a proximal end portion having an internal cavity. The tip defines an upper surface, a lower surface, and the tip is oriented relative to a longitudinal axis of the cartridge.
Method and Apparatus for Fixing a Soldering Tip to a Soldering Tool
A soldering tool may include a power unit including a controller, a tool body configured to interface with the power unit, and a tip portion operably coupled to the tool body. The tip portion may include a tip that is heated to melt solder by a heating element controlled by the controller. The tip is operably coupled to the heating element via a braze joint. The heating element may be operable at a first temperature range for melting the solder and a second temperature range, higher than the first temperature range, to facilitate forming or braking the braze joint.
Soldering tool with nozzle-shaped soldering tip and a channel in the soldering tip to feed hot gas
A soldering tool, comprising nozzle shaped soldering tip and a hot gas feed channel that runs in the soldering tip, wherein the hot gas feed channel includes openings that provide a hot gas exhaust, and wherein the soldering tip as well as a portion of a soldering environment is heatable by the hot gas, characterized in that the soldering tip includes one or plural contact surfaces that have a surface structure which corresponds to a surface structure of a soldering object so that the soldering object is thermally contactable by the soldering tip with a minimum heat resistance, wherein a hot gas jet that passes through the openings is forced to perform at least one directional reversal or directional deflection by placement of the soldering tip and contacting the soldering object.
