Soldering iron device
A soldering iron device includes a main body, where an end portion of the main body is provided with a tip, a heating core for heating the tip is provided in the main body, and a measuring element is provided in the main body; and the measuring element includes a mounting rod and a sensor, the sensor is provided on an end portion of the mounting rod, a measuring cavity is formed in the tip, the sensor is inserted into the measuring cavity, and the mounting rod extends toward a direction away from the tip. Compared with the prior art, since the sensor is not provided in the heating core, but is directly inserted into the tip, the present disclosure overcomes the heat transfer distance between the heating core and the tip and directly measures the temperature of the tip, which is highly accurate in measurement and strongly practicable.
Soldering Station
A soldering station includes a first tool port configured to interface with a first soldering tool, a second tool port configured to interface with a second soldering tool, a display configured to display information relating to one or both of the first and second soldering tools, and processing circuitry configured to interface with the display to provide the information relating to one or both of the first and second soldering tools. The first tool port has a first indicator associated therewith and the second tool port has a second indicator associated therewith. The first indicator generates a first color that is also generated at a third indicator associated with the first soldering tool. The second indictor generates a second color that is also generated at a fourth indicator associated with the second soldering tool, the first and second colors being different from each other.
Composite soldering, de-soldering station and system
A soldering and de-soldering station and systems including enhanced features for the soldering heating tools, load detection functionality, tip management, automatic tip temperature calibration, cartridge/handle position and movement sensing and interactive capabilities.

HEATER SENSOR COMPLEX AND SOLDERING IRON TIP CARTRIDGE
A heater-sensor complex 10 includes a heating wire 12, a lead wire 14 which is made from the same metal of the heating wire 12 and connected to the proximal end of the heating wire 12, the lead wire 14 having a bigger diameter than the heating wire 12, a non-heating wire 16 constituted by a different metal from the metal constituting the heating wire 12, and a sensor head 18 constituted by a metal different from the metal constituting the heating wire 12 or the metal constituting the non-heating wire 16. The sensor head 18 have a lower thermal conductivity than the non-heating wire. To the sensor head 18, the distal end of the heating wire 12 and the distal end of the non-heating wire is connected. The heating wire 12 and the non-heating wire 16 electrically conducts at least through the sensor head 18.
INTELLIGENT SOLDERING TIP
A soldering tool may include a tool body comprising circuitry configured to interface with a controller, and a tip portion including a tip that is heated to melt solder and a handpiece that is graspable by an operator. The tip portion includes a heater and a sensor disposed in the tip. The tip portion includes a tip memory device disposed at the handpiece. The tip memory device is configured to store parametric data. The tip memory device is configured to exchange data with the controller.

SOLDERING IRON INCLUDING TEMPERATURE PROFILING AND METHOD OF USE
A soldering iron with temperature profiling, comprising a hand piece or a robot arm including a soldering tip; a processor configured to provide temperature profiling where the soldering tip is one or more of the following during a soldering event: provided at multiple tip temperatures at fixed times during the soldering event; and provided at multiple tip temperatures at self-adjusting times during the soldering event.
Heating tool
A heating tool having a temperature sensor fixed within a tip of the heating tool with maximum heat conductivity to the temperature sensor.
Soldering tool
A soldering tool includes a housing having a handle portion defining a first longitudinal axis, and a head portion coupled to the handle portion and defining a second axis. The soldering tool further includes a heating element coupled to the head portion for movement therewith. The head portion is movable relative to the handle portion between a first orientation in which the second axis is coaxial with the first axis, and a second orientation in which the second axis is non-coaxial with the first axis.
