SYSTEM FOR MACHINING AND POSITIONING AUTOMOBILE HUB AND PRODUCTION LINE FOR INTELLIGENT CLEANING AND PRECISION MACHINING
A system for machining and positioning an automobile hub and a production line for intelligent cleaning and precision including upper and lower mounting plates connected vertically. At least three U-shaped blocks are fixed on a top surface of the upper plate. An L-shaped support is mounted between every two blocks including a screw-equipped ball head disposed thereon. The support is driven by a first driving apparatus to move along the upper mounting plate. A slidable chuck is disposed in each block, with a push rod assembly connected to the bottom. The assembly is driven by a second driving apparatus to move along the upper mounting plate with the chuck. Three wedges are circumferentially fixed on a top surface of the lower plate and are driven by a third driving apparatus to move along the lower plate. Inclined surfaces of the wedges are mated with bottoms of the push rod assemblies.
Vise jaws for holding irregular shaped objects and method of installing them on prior art vises
The invention relates to vise pivotal jaws for holding irregular shaped objects and that are modular to work on various sized prior art vises. Also relates to pivotal jaws having aid to return back to a neutral center position. The design allows ease of disassembly for cleaning and reassembly.
INGOT JIG ASSEMBLY AND INGOT EDGE-POLISHING MACHINE TOOL
An ingot jig assembly is provided, including an end surface clamping jig and an ingot positioning jig. The end surface clamping jig includes two opposite clamping parts. The ingot positioning jig is located below the end surface clamping jig and includes a first base, an adjusting base, and two rollers. The adjusting base is located between the first base and the end surface clamping jig and is movably disposed on the first base along a first axis to be close to or away from the end surface clamping jig. The two rollers are rotatably disposed on the adjusting base. An ingot edge-polishing machine tool is also provided.

AUTOMOBILE HUB FIXTURE, MACHINING DEVICE, AND PRODUCTION LINE
An automobile hub fixture includes a fixture body and a positioning apparatus. The fixture body includes a fixed platform and a plurality of clamping claws arranged at intervals in a circumferential direction of the fixed platform. The clamping claws are configured to clamp an outer rim of a hub. The plurality of clamping claws are connected to a driving member by using a linkage, and the driving member drives the clamping claws to radially move along the fixed platform. The positioning apparatus includes a movable platform slidably connected to the clamping claws. A positioning module configured to position an inner rim or the outer rim of the hub is mounted to the movable platform. The machining device includes a fixture, a machine tool, and a minimal quantity lubrication apparatus. The production line includes a machining device, a loading system, a loading and unloading manipulator, and a catching table.
SUPPORT UNIT AND SUBSTRATE TREATING APPARATUS INCLUDING THE SAME
The present invention provides a substrate treating apparatus, including: a treatment container having a treatment space therein; a support unit for supporting and rotating the substrate in the treatment space; and a liquid supply unit for supplying a liquid onto the substrate, in which wherein the support unit includes: a body on which the substrate is seated; and a support shaft coupled to the body, and an upper surface of the body is provided with a central portion including a center of the body and an edge portion surrounding the central portion, and a vacuum hole is formed in the central portion, and a groove is formed in the edge portion.
PROCESSING BLOCK, HOLDER FOR PROCESSING BLOCK, AND METHOD OF POSITIONING PROCESSING BLOCK
A holding surface is formed by an inclined surface formed from the upper edge of a flange of a disk-shaped processing block to a workpiece portion. The processing block is accommodated in an annular holding member, a pressing-side holding member is advanced with respect to an accommodating side holding member, and the facing peripheral edge of the pressing side holding member is brought into contact with the holding surface. Since the facing peripheral edge abuts on a circle centered around the axis of the holding surface formed by a conical side surface, the axis of the annular holding member and the axis of the processing block coincide with each other in a processing apparatus, and the processing block is set at a predetermined position
WORKPIECE GRIPPING DEVICE
A workpiece gripping device (10) for securing a workpiece (90) on a table 114 of a machine tool (100) is provided with a workpiece gripping unit (20) having at least three claws (12) which are disposed at equal intervals around a central axis (Oc) to secure an outer peripheral part of the workpiece, a bar gripping member (38) which is mounted on the central axis (Oc), and grips a bar (260) inserted into the workpiece (90) along the central axis (Oc), and a retraction mechanism (64) for retracting the bar gripping member (38) along a central axis (O) toward a table side.
Surface area of fixtures
A method and apparatus. The apparatus comprises a first portion of a tool and a second portion of the tool. The first portion of the tool has a first surface. The first surface has a shape that is complementary to a first portion of a part. The second portion has at least one of a second surface configured to be recessed from a second portion of the part or a hollow portion.
Modular workholding apparatus
A workholding apparatus for components having complex geometries or surfaces, which components are difficult constrain for the purpose of inspection, addresses the problem of adequately constraining such components in a convenient and cost-effective manner so that they do not move during inspection, while also making all or most critical features accessible to the inspection instruments being used. A method teaches how to eliminate setup changes between different components through the use of inexpensive modular attachments. These attachments are in the form of a single piece thermoplastic part which is affixed to each component having also reference features that can be interlocked into a common base fixture for more efficient inspection operations.
