The bit has a locked state wherein the bit is engaged on the bit holder and is distanced from the bit support, and a released state wherein the bit is distanced from the bit holder and rests on the bit support.
CLAMPING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR HANDLING A WORKPIECE
A clamping device and a method for handling a workpiece or a unit comprising a workpiece and a workpiece holder. An automatic workpiece exchange is enabled by using a tool spindle. For this a spindle adapter is present that can be releasably connected with the workpiece holder. By means of the spindle adapter, the unit comprising the workpiece and the workpiece holder can be transported. The clamping device can be switched between a release condition and a clamping condition by means of a movement of an operating element. This movement can be carried out by means of the tool spindle, in that the tool spindle engages the operating element directly or indirectly by means of the spindle adapter or an operating tool.
SYSTEM FOR PROCESSING A WORKPIECE
A system (40) is provided for processing a workpiece. The system (40) includes a support surface (48) for supporting a workpiece and includes an automatic tool changer (64) having a first tool storage bay (80) for removably storing a drill tool therein and having a second tool storage bay (80) for removably storing a plasma torch tool therein. The system (40) includes at least one drill spindle (60) movable with respect to a surface of a workpiece. The drill spindle (60) and the automatic tool changer (64) are movable relative to one another and configured to transfer between them a drill tool stored in the first tool storage bay (80) and a plasma torch tool stored in the second tool storage bay (80).
INSTALLATION DEVICE FOR CARRYING OUT INSTALLATION STEPS ON A WALL AND METHOD FOR EXCHANGING A TOOL OF AN INSTALLATION APPARATUS
An installation device for carrying out installation steps on a wall, and a method for exchanging a tool received by the installation apparatus, include an installation apparatus having a drive unit coupled to a tool holder. The tool holder receives a tool that extends away from the tool holder in a tool direction and which tool is driven by the drive unit. The tool holder can assume a locked state and an unlocked state, wherein a tool received by the tool holder can be removed from the tool holder in the unlocked state and is fixed in the tool holder, and therefore cannot be removed, in the locked state. The installation apparatus has an unlocking device controllable by an actuator and the tool holder can be brought from the locked state into the unlocked state by the actuator to release the tool.
INFORMATION PROCESSING SYSTEM AND MACHINE TOOL
An information processing system includes a request accepting unit for accepting a request for a selected pot to store a selected tool in a pot of a machine tool magazine; a storing unit for storing a setting value in each of a first cell and a second cell of the selected pot; a selecting unit for selecting the first cell or the second cell for the selected pot; a determining unit for determining a condition to store the selected tool in the selected pot on the basis of a size of each tool, a selected cell, and a storage condition of each of the pots; and an informing unit for informing when the condition of storage is not met.
Automatic attachment changer and boring machine having same
Disclosed are an automatic attachment changer and a boring machine having the same. The automatic attachment changer includes a stacker in which a plurality of attachments is stacked in a height direction by a unit of housing cell having a length larger than the attachments such that the attachment is individually arranged in each housing cell horizontally with respect to a bottom of the stacker, a stacker carrier having a carrier body secured to the stacker, a body transfer transferring the carrier body and a carrier power driving the body transfer, and an attachment changer controlling the stacker and the stacker carrier such that a select attachment is selected among the attachments and the select attachment is combined to a spindle assembly. The attachment is changed in the boring machine with high reliability and correctness.
PROCESSING MACHINE
A processing machine includes a splash guard, a tool spindle that is provided inside a processing area and holds a tool, and an automatic tool changer that is movable between an internal-side tool changing position inside the processing area and a standby position outside the processing area and changes the tool held by the tool spindle at the internal-side tool changing position. The splash guard includes a cover body that is coupled to the automatic tool changer, defines and forms the processing area when the automatic tool changer is positioned at the standby position, and enters the processing area when the automatic tool changer moves from the standby position to the internal-side tool changing position.
Machine tool having a tool spindle
A machine tool is provided with two vertically oriented tool spindles that are arranged to hold tools and that are movable vertically in a first direction and horizontally in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction. Furthermore, the machine tool is provided with two workpiece support devices for clamping workpieces in place. At least one of the two workpiece support devices is movable horizontally in a third direction orthogonal to the first and the second direction. The two tool spindles and the two workpiece support devices are mounted on a common machine frame with a common working space, wherein the two tool spindles are movable parallel to one another in the second direction. The two tool spindles are facing one another.
CNC MACHINING DEVICE
The CNC machining device 1 includes a tool magazine 20, a spindle 26, an automatic tool replacing device, a CNC controller 32, a sensor head 10 configured to generate measurement data corresponding to a distance from a surface of the object, and a personal computer 40. The sensor head 10 generates measurement data (X, Z) at regular intervals. The CNC controller 32 generates position coordinate data (x, y, z, xθ, yθ, zθ) at regular intervals.
