Sander, especially for sanding curved surfaces
09833871 · 2017-12-05 ·

A sander especially suited for sanding curved surfaces. The sander has an elongate body and a grinding plate movably attached thereto. A power unit drives the grinding plate. At least two lever beams are attached to the elongate body. Each of the lever beams has two opposite ends. The grinding plate is attached to ends of lever beams using flexible connecting elements to allow the grinding plate to move relative to the sander body.

DEBURRING TOOL COMPRISING A GRINDING BELT HOLDER

A deburring tool includes a grinding belt holder, which is formed so as to hold a grinding belt, wherein the deburring tool has a housing, in which the grinding belt holder can alternatingly carry out a linear stroking or lifting movement. The grinding belt holder has a forming tunnel, which forms a forming duct including an input and an output for the guide-through of the grinding belt, wherein a grinding belt, which, folded in the center in the longitudinal direction of the grinding belt, escapes on the output side, can be supplied to the forming duct on the input side. The forming duct has a round cross section on its input side and a slit-like cross section on its output side.

HAND-HELD AND HAND-GUIDED MOTOR DRIVEN POLISHING OR SANDING TOOL
20240091904 · 2024-03-21 ·

The invention refers to a hand-held and hand-guided motor driven polishing or sanding tool (2). The tool (2) has a tool housing (4) and a motor (6; 62) located therein. The tool (2) further has a polishing or sanding working element (8) attached to a tool shaft (10) of the tool (2). The motor (6; 62) is adapted to drive the tool shaft (10) in a first direction of rotation (12).

It is suggested that the tool (2) is equipped with a switch (44) for changing the sense of rotation of the tool shaft (10) between the first direction of rotation (12) and a second direction of rotation (42) opposite to the first direction of rotation (12).

Oscillatingly driven machine tool

Disclosed is an oscillatingly driven machine tool including a tool spindle that is mounted pivotably about its longitudinal axis, further including a drive motor that is coupled to a hydraulic generator for generating an oscillating fluid flow which drives a hydraulic motor being configured as a rotor blade motor. The rotor blade motor drives the tool spindle in such a way that the tool spindle rotates oscillatingly about its longitudinal axis. The rotor blade motor includes symmetrically arranged rotor blades that are disposed at regular angular distances with respect to each other.

Processing brush and brush-type processing device

In a brush-type processing device, a base portion of a processing brush is fixed to a reciprocating rotating shaft provided to a drive source. A brush portion extends from the base portion to one side along the radius of the reciprocating rotating shaft. When the reciprocating rotating shaft reciprocatingly rotates, a plurality of brush bristles of the brush portion reciprocatingly oscillates in a circumferential direction of the reciprocating rotating shaft. Accordingly, an object to be removed on a processed surface can be scraped off by allowing distal ends of the brush bristles to be pressed against the processed surface. In this case, the distal ends of the brush bristles that reciprocatingly oscillate repeatedly collide with the object to be removed from both sides in a reciprocating oscillation direction, thereby making it possible to effectively remove the object to be removed.
