The present disclosure provides an automatic processing apparatus including a main body, a receiving portion, a working assembly, a workpiece magazine, a setting mechanism, a passivation bucket assembly, and a rotation driving assembly. The receiving portion is adapted for receiving a plurality of workpieces. The setting mechanism takes the workpieces to the receiving portion from the workpiece magazine. The working assembly is adapted for bringing the workpieces to the passivation bucket assembly for processing. The passivation bucket assembly includes a turning table and a plurality of passivation buckets moving when the turning table rotates. The rotation driving assembly drives one of the passivation buckets to rotate. Thereby, automatic processing can be achieved by the apparatus of the present invention, and the efficiency of processing is improved too.

A centrifugal barrel polishing machine (A) includes: a plurality of rotary tanks (50) that rotate planetarily; barrel lids (26) that are attachable to and detachable from the rotary tanks (50); and a plurality of clamp shafts (32) that are provided individually in the plurality of rotary tanks (50) so as to be rotatable integrally with the rotary tanks (50). Each of the clamp shafts (32) is displaceable between in a fixing form for fixing the barrel lid (26) to the rotary tank (50) and in a releasing form for releasing the fixation of the barrel lid (26). It is detected by a first detection means (40) whether the rotary tank (50) is positioned in a detection area (D) on a revolution path of the rotary tank (50), and it is detected by a second detection means (43) whether the clamp shaft (32) of the rotary tank (50) positioned in the detection area (D) is displaced to the fixing form.

A centrifugal barrel includes a disc-like turret configured to turn about a revolution shaft, a plurality of barrel tanks each installed in the turret via a rotation shaft and configured to turn about the rotation shaft, a rotating mechanism configured to turn the turret and the barrel tanks, and a tilting mechanism configured to tilt the revolution shaft of the turret with respect to a horizontal plane and to tilt each rotation shaft with respect to the horizontal plane. By tilting each rotation shaft with respect to the horizontal plane, it is possible to prevent the workpieces from being damaged.

A centrifugal barrel includes a disc-like turret configured to turn about a revolution shaft, a plurality of barrel tanks each installed in the turret via a rotation shaft and configured to turn about the rotation shaft, a rotating mechanism configured to turn the turret and the barrel tanks, and a tilting mechanism configured to tilt the revolution shaft of the turret with respect to a horizontal plane and to tilt each rotation shaft with respect to the horizontal plane. By tilting each rotation shaft with respect to the horizontal plane, it is possible to prevent the workpieces from being damaged.
High speed barrel polishing device
A high speed polishing device useful for polishing a large number of miniature components, such as multi-layer electronic components, is disclosed. In various embodiments of the present invention, a vertical planetary ball mill or other barrel polishing device is modified to rotate polishing containers having a modified interior cavity structure. This interior cavity provides a smooth, gradually curved interior sidewall that improves circulation within the container during high-speed vertical polishing rotation. The improved circulation results in polishing for a larger number of components placed within the container and in less time than existing polishing container structures. In further embodiments, the containers are rotated around a generally tilted axis positioned at an angle between entirely vertical and horizontal positions. Rotation about a tilted axis further reduces collisions and increases relative polishing movement within the container.
High speed barrel polishing device
A high speed polishing device useful for polishing a large number of miniature components, such as multi-layer electronic components, is disclosed.
