The bearing can be clamped by the installation stopper and the shoulder of the rotor shaft.
Hand-Held Power Tool Device, Hand-Held Power Tool having the Hand-Held Power Tool Device, and Accessories having the Hand-Held Power Tool Device
A hand-held power tool device for a hand-held power tool, in particular an angle grinder, includes at least one attachment hood for connection to a protective hood for at least partially covering a working tool of the hand-held power tool. The attachment hood has at least one form-fitting element, which is provided to interact with a collar-like, free-standing outer region, running in a circumferential direction, of the protective hood and at least contribute to the connection.
ANGLE GRINDER
An angle grinder head is provided. The angle grinder head includes a drive shaft; a drive assembly including a drive head and a drive plate, the drive head coupled to the shaft; an outer shroud including a vacuum port for attaching to a vacuum hose and a opening through which the drive shaft extends; and a bearing assembly including a bearing housing and an inner race. The inner race is disposed between the drive shaft and the drive head. The bearing housing is fixedly connected to the outer shroud. The outer shroud and the bearing housing are independently rotatable in relation to the drive shaft, drive assembly, and inner race.
Protective Hood Adapter Device and Machine Tool System comprising the Protective Hood Adapter Device
A protective hood adapter device for mounting on a machine tool, in particular a hand-held machine tool, is disclosed. The protective hood adapter device includes at least one attachment part for attaching to a protective hood of the machine tool. The protective hood adapter device further includes at least one fastening part which is mounted on the attachment part so as to be movable in at least one movement plane. The fastening part is provided to clamp the attachment part on the protective hood by way of a force oriented at least substantially perpendicularly to the movement plane.
TOOL
A tool includes a first accessory, at least two first attachment portions for detachably and selectively attaching the first accessory, and a single first intermediate member provided in common for the at least two first attachment portions. The first intermediate member includes at least one pressed portion configured to, when the first accessory is attached to one first attachment portion arbitrarily selected from the at least two first attachment portions, be directly or indirectly pressed by the first accessory. The first intermediate member is configured to be displaced when the at least one pressed portion is pressed. The tool further includes a single first sensor configured to detect that the first intermediate member is displaced.
TOOL
A tool includes a prime mover, switch, operation member for the switch, first accessory, second accessory, third intermediate member moved in conjunction with displacement of the operation member, first intermediate member configured to be displaced from a first blocking position of blocking a displacement route of the third intermediate member to a first non-blocking position of not blocking the displacement route by attachment of the first accessory, and second intermediate member configured to be displaced from a second blocking position of blocking the displacement route to a second non-blocking position of not blocking the displacement route by attachment of the second accessory. Only when the first intermediate member is located at the first non-blocking position and the second intermediate member is located at the second non-blocking position, the third intermediate member is permitted to be displaced so that the operation member is permitted to be displaced to the ON position.
PORTABLE MACHINING APPARATUS
A portable machining apparatus facilitates addition of new electric components with an intended arrangement of various electric components. The portable machining apparatus includes a housing, an electric motor installed in the housing and including a motor shaft extending in an axial direction, a tip tool partially or fully exposed outside the housing and rotatable by the electric motor, a controller installed in the housing and aligned with the electric motor in the axial direction to control an operation of the electric motor, and a first electric component and a second electric component installed in an electric component compartment between the controller and the electric motor. The first electric component and the second electric component are aligned in a same plane perpendicular to an axis of the motor shaft.
TOOL
A tool includes a first accessory, a second accessory, a first attachment portion configured to allow the first accessory to be detachably attached thereto, a second attachment portion configured to allow the second accessory to be detachably attached thereto, a first intermediate member configured to be displaced from a first non-attachment position to a first attachment position by the attachment of the first accessory to the first attachment portion, a second intermediate member configured to be displaced from a second non-attachment position to a second attachment position by the attachment of the second accessory to the second attachment portion, and a single sensor configured to detect a specific state in which the first intermediate member is located at the first attachment position and the second intermediate member is located at the second attachment position.
Angle grinder
An angle grinder (200), which includes a gear neck (210) for connecting a dust hood (100, 100′) equipped with a flange (90), the angle grinder (200) including a sensor unit (20), with the aid of which it is possible to detect which type of dust hood (100, 100′) is connected to the angle grinder (200), the angle grinder (200) also including rotational direction control electronics (230), which are connected by signals to the sensor unit (20) in such a way that the rotational direction (GGD, GLD) of a cutting wheel (220) of the angle grinder (200) is predefined as a function of the dust hood type detected by the sensor unit (20).
