SANDING DISC STABILIZING STRUCTURE OF ORBITAL SANDER
20230072828 · 2023-03-09 ·

A sanding disc stabilizing structure of an orbital sander comprises a casing, a sanding power source, a sanding disc, and at least four springs. The sanding power source is assembled on the casing and comprises a drive shaft and a tool holder disposed on the drive shaft and offset from an axis of the drive shaft. The center of the sanding disc driven by the sanding power source to perform an orbital motion is disposed on the tool holder with a locking screw. Two ends of each of the at least four springs are respectively disposed on the casing and the sanding disc. The free length of each of at least four springs is greater than the spacing between an installation part of the casing and an installation part of the sanding disc provided for one of the at least four springs.

Hand-Held Grinding Machine and Method for Assembling a Hand-Held Grinding Machine

A hand-held grinding machine includes a grinding device for receiving or forming a grinding means, a drive device, a drive housing, and an interface device operatively connecting the grinding device to the drive device. The interface device includes a connecting housing unit formed separately from the drive housing and the grinding device for at least partially receiving the grinding device, and a docking interface arranged on the drive housing. The connecting housing unit engages around the docking interface in a fixing plane which is perpendicular to an axis of rotation of a drive shaft of the drive device. In the fixing plane, the docking interface includes at least one axial form-fitting element for forming a form fit with the connecting housing unit parallel to the axis of rotation. A projection of the axial form-fitting element along the axis of rotation is at least substantially inside the drive housing.

The invention refers to a protective shroud (40) for a hand-guided power tool (1), in particular a polisher or sander, the protective shroud (40) being adapted to be attached to a housing (2) of the power tool (1) and to cover at least part of a working element (11) of the power tool (1). It is suggested that the protective shroud (40) is secured to the housing (2) in at least one direction by means of magnetic force (47, 59).

MOBILE MACHINE TOOL WITH MOVABLY MOUNTED TOOL
20210205945 · 2021-07-08 ·

A mobile machine tool for coating and/or abrasive machining of a surface of a workpiece or a room using a working device which is mobile with respect to the surface and which includes a tool receptacle for a work tool driven or drivable by a drive motor for machining the surface and/or a coating device with a coating tool for coating the surface. The working device has a guide device having at least one guide contour, particularly a guide surface, for guiding along the surface, wherein the work tool or the coating tool is mounted for moving with respect to the guide device.

Guide Foot for an Oscillating Power Tool

A guide member for an oscillating power tool includes an attachment portion configured to be removably attached to a housing of the power tool and a guide portion that extends from the attachment portion. The guide portion includes a leading edge, a trailing edge, and a guide surface. When the attachment portion is attached to the housing of the power tool, the guide portion is configured to extend beyond the housing in a first direction to position the leading edge portion a predetermined distance apart from the oscillation axis, the predetermined distance being greater than a distance that an accessory tool attached to the power tool extends.
