FASTENER REMOVAL APPARATUS
A fastener removal apparatus is configured for removing a nut from a threaded shank and includes a gearbox assembly, an outer socket, and a tubular sleeve member. The gearbox assembly has an input member, a first output member, a second output member, and a plurality of gears. The first output member and the second output member rotation in opposite directions about a longitudinal axis in response to rotation imparted to the input member. The outer socket extends between a first end defining a female polygonal opening and a second end engaged for concurrent rotation with the first output member. The tubular sleeve member extends between a first end defining a threaded opening for receiving threads defined by the threaded shank and a second end engaged for concurrent rotation with the second output member.
Socket assembly
A socket assembly includes an outer socket, an inner socket mounted in the outer socket, and an intermediate socket mounted in the outer socket. The outer socket has a plurality of drive blocks and a plurality of retaining grooves. The inner socket includes a first base, a plurality of first driving sections, and a plurality of first openings. The intermediate socket includes a second base, a plurality of second driving sections, and a plurality of second openings. Thus, the inner diameter defined between the first driving sections is smaller than that defined between the second driving sections by 2 mm, and the inner diameter defined between the second driving sections is smaller than that defined between the drive blocks by 2 mm, so that the inner socket, the intermediate socket and the outer socket co-operate to operate three successive sizes of nuts.
Socket
A socket includes a first and a second sleeve members. The first sleeve member has a first end for connecting to a driving tool and a second end having a first connecting portion for sleeving onto a first fastener, and has an internal space and an internal circumferential wall. The second sleeve member is movably inserted into the internal space and has an external circumferential wall and a second connecting portion connected together. The second connecting portion is for sleeving onto a second fastener whose size is different from a size of the first fastener. One of the external and the internal circumferential walls is tapered from the first end toward the second end to form a gap. The other one of the external and the internal circumferential walls has a restriction unit extending into the gap.
Electronic torque wrench with double display screens
An electronic torque wrench with double display screens includes a main body having a shank. A front end of the shank has a working head. The shank is defined with a central vertical face in the longitudinal direction. The electronic torque wrench further includes a display unit having two display screens. The two display screens are respectively disposed on two sides of the central vertical face. The two display screens are disposed by an inclination and directed upward and outward, whereby a user can easily observe the torque value displayed on the display screens.
Multi-size wrench and a shifting device applied thereto
A shifting device includes a sleeve module and a shifting member movably disposed in the sleeve module. The sleeve module has a through hole. The through hole is divided into a first hole region, a buffering region, and a second hole region. The shifting member includes a third operating section and a fourth operating section. The shifting member is movable between a first position and a second position. The fourth operating section of the shifting member is situated in the buffering region when the shifting member assumes the first position, and the second hole region and the third working hole are adapted to turn a fastening member. The third operating section of the shifting member is situated in the buffering region when the shifting member assumes the second position, and the first hole region and the fourth working hole are adapted to turn the fastening member.
SCREWDRIVER INSERT
A screwing tool includes an elongate shaft which has, at each of its two ends, an output profile for insertion into a screwing tool insertion opening of a screw, and comprising a first insert and a second insert, which inserts: are each axially slidably arranged for conjoint rotation in a first and second cavity which are open toward an end face of the output profiles; each form, by means of their ends protruding from the cavity, an output profile; when in a position protruding from the cavity, are each supported, by means of a stop, on a counter-stop of the shaft; and can, by applying an axial force, be moved into the respective cavity against the restoring force of a spring element arranged in a chamber extending between the first cavity and the second cavity.
MULTI-NUT DRIVER
A pass-through hand tool includes a handle that includes a hollow bore extending therethrough. The pass-through tool includes a reversible main barrel, having a pair of socket ends and a hollow interior therebetween. The reversible main barrel is insertable into the hollow bore of the handle in either of two orientations to present one of the sockets. The pass-through tool includes a reversible secondary barrel having another pair of sockets and a hollow secondary interior therebetween. The reversible secondary barrel is insertable into the hollow interior of the reversible main barrel in either of two orientations to present one of the associated sockets. The pass-through hand tool includes a reversible tertiary barrel having another pair of sockets and a hollow tertiary interior therebetween. The reversible tertiary barrel is insertable into the hollow interior of the reversible secondary barrel in either of two orientations to present one of the associated sockets.
Socket and method of using the same
A socket is provided, including a first member, a second member and a third member. The second member is movably inserted within the first member. The third member is movably sleeved with the first member.
Driver
An accessory driver tool connectable to a power tool includes a main body and a sleeve. The main body includes a first end, a second end, a tool coupling mechanism at the first end, and a first fastener driving member disposed at the second end. The sleeve, disposed concentrically about the main body, includes a second fastener driving member disposed adjacent the second end of the main body. The sleeve is axially displaceable along the main body between a retracted position, in which the first fastener driving member is exposed to engage a first fastener, and an extended position, in which the second fastener driving member is exposed to engage a second fastener. The sleeve is rotatable relative to the main body while in the extended position.
