The present invention relates to a novel apparel repair tool. The device is an adjustable tool for replacing buttons, fasteners or other adornments. The device includes a handle component featuring a transparent window, hammer, magazine, spring, and pusher. The transparent window allows users to see the quantity and type of staples within. The tool has a base with moveable bars, a button receiving area, and a crimper. The movable bars allow the user to adjust for the replacement of buttons or fasteners of different sizes.
Stapler with moveable strike plate and integrated accessibility features
A stapler including a moveable strike plate and accessibility features is described. A slidable strike plate is moveable from a first staple forming position to a second staple forming position to form different staple shapes. The slidable strike plate is moved relative to the anvil of the stapler with a single hand to change positions. A rotatable strike plate is turned with a single hand to move between staple forming positions by rotating an outer dial of the rotatable strike plate relative to the anvil of the stapler. The stapler includes an indicator window that shows if the stapler is empty or running low on staples and a quick release staple loading magazine that is operable using a single hand.
STAPLER
A stapler includes a staple ejection unit configured to eject a staple and cause the staple to penetrate an object, a stitching unit configured to bend staple legs of the staple penetrating the object, and a driving unit configured to move the staple ejection unit in a direction close to and away from the stitching unit along a first direction indicated by an arrow. The staple ejection unit has an ejection surface from which the staple is ejected, and a base surface located between the ejection surface and the driving unit, the stitching unit has a bending surface facing the ejection surface and configured to bend the staple legs, and the ejection surface protrudes with respect to the base surface in the direction of the bending surface along the first direction.
Binding machine
A binding machine includes: a main handle configured to accommodate a staple; a staple driver supported by the main handle and configured to drive the staple; and a clincher arm rotatably attached to the main handle and including a clincher, the clincher being configured to clinch the staple driven by the staple driver. The staple driver includes: a driving portion that extends in a direction away from the main handle and is configured to drive the staple toward the clincher, and an attachment portion with which the driving portion is attached to the main handle, and the attachment portion extends in a longitudinal direction of the main handle from a side edge of the driving portion.
STAPLER
A stapler includes a staple striking-out unit, a staple leg bending unit, and a connector that connects the staple striking-out unit and the staple leg bending unit. The staple leg bending unit includes a clincher having a guide surface for bending the staple legs, and a clincher guide having a sandwiching portion. The clincher guide is configured to move in a first direction to displace a distance between the guide surface and the sandwiching portion. The clincher is capable of being located at a lower end position where the guide surface is farthest from the sandwiching portion in the first direction. The lower end position is a position where a tip ends of the staple legs are in contact with the guide surface and a gap is formed between an upper surface of the sheet sandwiched by the sandwiching portion and a staple shoulder portion of the staple.
Binding machine and binding method
A binding machine that binds objects with a tape, the binding machine includes a staple magazine unit configured to accommodate a plurality of staples, a main handle, a clincher arm configured to approach a leading staple of the plurality of staples and a clincher configured to bend the leading staple. The clincher has, on a surface thereof, a first groove that extends in an acute angle direction with respect to an axial direction of a rotation shaft of the clincher arm and has a first groove length and a first groove width, and a second groove that extends in an acute angle direction with respect to the axial direction of the rotation shaft of the clincher arm and has a second groove length and a second groove width. The second groove is disposed offset with respect to the first groove in a width direction of the first groove.
Cordless carton closing tool and method of replacing a carton closer clinching member
A fastener driving tool includes a housing, a drive track within the housing, a magazine connected to the housing and configured to hold a supply of fasteners and to provide a leading fastener to the drive track, a driver configured to move downward in the drive track and drive the leading fastener into a workpiece during a drive stroke, a mount connected to the driver, and a clincher operatively connected to the housing and to the mount. The clincher is configured to engage the leading fastener during the drive stroke and move into a clinching position at the end of the drive stroke to clinch the fastener to the workpiece. A motor is configured to rotate a crank arm, and a connecting rod is pivotably connected to the mount at one end portion thereof and pivotably connected to the crank arm at an opposite end portion thereof.
Binding machine
A binding machine, includes: a staple magazine unit configured to accommodate a staple having a crown portion and a pair of leg portions; a staple driver provided at a position facing the crown portion; a clincher provided at a position facing tip ends of the leg portions and movable along an extending direction of the leg portions; and a regulating portion configured to regulate a movement amount of the clincher toward the leg portions. The clincher and the staple driver are configured to sandwich the staple therebetween with a movement of the clincher along the extending direction toward the leg portions, folding the staple.
