STAPLE APPARATUS AND METHODS FOR STAPLING
A staple apparatus can comprise a staple head movable in a first staple direction from a head retracted position to a head extended position. The staple apparatus can further comprise an indexing apparatus comprising an index biasing member and an indexing member. The indexing member can be positioned at least partially within an indexing area and biased with the index biasing member toward a member extended position relative to the indexing area. The indexing member can define a rung travel path and can further comprise an indexing tab comprising a ramp surface positioned to taper the rung travel path in the first indexing direction. The indexing tab can further comprise a shoulder positioned past at least a portion of the ramp surface in the first indexing direction. In further embodiments, a staple chain positioning apparatus can comprise a push member movable in an extension direction.
STAPLER
A stapler includes a staple ejection unit configured to eject a staple and cause the staple to penetrate an object, a stitching unit configured to bend staple legs of the staple penetrating the object, and a driving unit configured to move the staple ejection unit in a direction close to and away from the stitching unit along a first direction indicated by an arrow. The staple ejection unit has an ejection surface from which the staple is ejected, and a base surface located between the ejection surface and the driving unit, the stitching unit has a bending surface facing the ejection surface and configured to bend the staple legs, and the ejection surface protrudes with respect to the base surface in the direction of the bending surface along the first direction.
Electric stapler
An electric stapler includes: a binding part configured to bind a sheet bundle by striking out a staple having a crown portion and leg portions; and a first guide part configured to guide the sheet bundle to the binding part, and a second guide part facing the first guide part. The first guide part and the second guide part face each other at a distance. The first guide part and the second guide part are opened therebetween as both sides along a length direction of the crown portion, and one side away from the binding part are coupled each other. Lengths from end portions on one side, which are away from the binding part along the direction orthogonal to the length direction of the crown portion, of the first guide part and the second guide part to the binding part are 15 mm or longer.
Electric stapler
An electric stapler is configured to perform binding processing including a plurality of processes. The electric stapler includes: a binding unit configured to execute the binding processing for a sheet bundle; a motor configured to drive the binding unit; and a control unit configured to control the motor. The control unit is configured to control the motor; thereby adjusting processing times of the processes so that a binding processing time after the binding processing by the binding unit starts until the binding processing is completed falls within a predetermined range.
Stapler
A stapler is provided, including: a main body, a striking mechanism, a staple straightening mechanism and a linkage mechanism. The main body includes an inner space and a staple outlet. The striking mechanism is disposed in the inner space and includes a striking member configured to strike a staple and a driving member by which the striking member is driven to move relative to the staple outlet. The staple straightening mechanism is disposed on the main body and includes an aperture corresponding to the staple outlet, at least one abutting member being movable within the aperture and a force accumulating assembly which is movable toward the aperture. The linkage mechanism is disposed in the inner space. The driving member and the force accumulating assembly are connected with the linkage mechanism and comovable with each other.
STAPLER
A stapler includes a main body, a magazine having a pair of sidewalls and a tip end wall, a driver, a clincher, and a cover. The magazine is configured to be movable between a first position and a second position. A staple is capable of being taken in and out from an opening formed above the pair of sidewalls and the tip end wall when the magazine is located at the second position. The cover is attached to the main body so as to be displaceable between a third position and a fourth position. When the cover is located at the third position and the magazine is located at the second position, the cover covers the pair of sidewalls, the tip end wall and the opening of the magazine in a state of protruding from the main body.
