Stapling device
Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide a battery-powered stapling tool. In one embodiment, the stapling tool includes a drive wheel, a cam drivable by the drive wheel in a first rotational direction from a first position to a second position and back to the first position to carry out a staple-driving process, a motor operably connected to the drive wheel to drive the drive wheel, a lifting element defining a slide in which the cam is received, and an ejector connected to the lifting element and drivable by the lifting element between an ejector home position and an ejector ejection position. The slide has first and second slide segments that are transverse to one another. The lifting element is movable between a lifting-element home position and a lifting-element ejection position.
Stapling Device
Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide a battery-powered stapling tool.
Stapler
The cutting portion includes a pair of introduction portions allowing the staple legs penetrating the sheets of paper to be introduced therein, a pair of cutting members configured to cut the staple legs introduced in the introduction portions, and a discharging path configured to discharge cut staples cut by the cutting members. The discharging path includes a temporary receiving portion for the cut staples provided between the pair of introduction portions. The temporary receiving portion includes a pair of inlet portions respectively provided on side surfaces thereof opposing the introduction portions. The pair of inlet portions are configured to allow the cut staples cut by the cutting members to enter therein.
Stapling device
Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide a battery-powered stapling tool. A stapling tool includes a drive wheel, a slide comprising a first slide segment and a second slide segment, and a drive shaft receivable by the slide, wherein the drive shaft is coupled to and drivable by the drive wheel such that rotation of the drive wheel in a first rotational direction moves the drive shaft from the first slide segment to the second slide segment back to the first slide segment. The stapling tool further includes a lifting element, wherein the lifting element defines the slide and is drivable by the drive shaft, and an ejector coupled to the lifting element and drivable by the drive shaft.
Stapling Device
Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide a battery-powered stapling tool.
Stapling Device
Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide a portable battery-operated stapler.
STAPER LOCKOUT
A stapler includes a body; a handle coupled to the body, the handle movable between a rest position and an actuated position; a magazine configured to support a plurality of fasteners; a driver that successively drives each of the plurality of fasteners into a workpiece in response to the handle moving to the activated position; and an advancer that moves the plurality of fasteners towards the driver, wherein the advancer comprises an advancer body and a lock feature disposed at a leading end of the advancer body, and wherein the driver comprises a complementary lock feature that interfaces with the lock feature of the advancer when the plurality of fasteners is exhausted to lockout the stapler.
A stapling device has a housing including a contact surface and defining an ejection channel terminating in an ejection opening defined in the contact surface. An ejector is movable in the ejection channel between an upper position and a lower position. A magazine is removably attached to the housing and configured to, when attached to the housing and when storing one or more staples, position a first staple in the ejection channel. The magazine is removable from the housing via movement in a first direction followed by movement in a second direction. A drive is operably connected to the ejector and configured to move the ejector from the upper position to the lower position to, when the magazine is attached to the housing and storing the one or more staples, engage the first staple in the ejection channel and eject the first staple out of the ejection opening.
