Stapler
A stapler is provided, including: a main body, including a front end portion, the front end portion including a staple outlet and a plate member, the plate member including a concave adjacent to the staple outlet; a holder, switchably disposed on the main body, including a plurality of notches with different sizes and a plurality of first positioning portions; and a positioning member, disposed on the main body, releasably positioned with one of the plurality of first positioning portions so that one of the plurality of notches corresponds to the concave in a front to rear direction, for receiving a portion of a cable.
NAIL GUN PROVIDED WITH WIDE AND NARROW NAIL SWITCHING AND NAIL BLOCKING STRUCTURE
A nail gun is provided with a wide and narrow nail switching and nail blocking structure provided with a nail rail. The nail gun includes a punching sheet guide rail vertically arranged in front of the nail rail, the punching sheet guide rail defining a positioning groove. One side of the positioning groove extends upwards to form a groove A in which a regulating block is arranged in a sliding manner, and another side of the positioning groove extends downwards to form a groove B in which a nail blocking bar is rotatably arranged through a pin shaft, wherein the nail blocking bar is capable of rotating between an initial position and a terminating position around the pin shaft. A spring sheet presses against the nail blocking bar. A toggle button is vertically arranged in front of the regulating block to selectively clamp and press against the regulating block.
Nail gun
A nail gun of the present invention includes an adjusting portion which has elasticity. The elasticity of the adjusting portion is able to offset a thrust force of a nail pusher pushed by a magazine, so that a nail slot receives a nail only. The nail gun ensures not to shoot two sticks of nails simultaneously. The nail squeezes one side of the adjusting portion in a firing process so that the nail gun can provide sufficient space. Thereby when the nail is thicker, it can be shot by the nail gun. The present invention need not adjust by hand anymore for shooting different thickness of nails. The nail gun can not shoot two sticks of nails simultaneously.
POWERED FASTENER DRIVER
A powered fastener driver includes a magazine in which fasteners of a first length or fasteners of a second length greater than the first length are receivable. The magazine includes a shear block, a loading portion, and a feed channel extending lengthwise through the magazine between the shear block and the loading portion. The loading portion includes a first slot and a second slot that are each configured to receive fasteners of the corresponding first and second lengths for entry into the feed channel. The loading portion also includes a pivot member configured to prevent fasteners of the first length from being loaded into the second slot corresponding to the fasteners of the second length. The pivot member is pivotable about a pivot axis between a first, blocking position blocking access to the second slot, and a second, bypass position permitting access to the second slot.
Powered fastener driver
A powered fastener driver includes a magazine in which fasteners of a first length or fasteners of a second length greater than the first length are receivable. The magazine includes a shear block located at a first end of the magazine, a loading portion located at a second end of the magazine, and a feed channel extending lengthwise through the magazine between. The loading portion of the magazine includes first and second slots configured to receive fasteners of the corresponding first and second lengths for entry into the feed channel, and a feed channel access gate configured to prevent fasteners of the first length from being loaded into the second slot. The feed channel access gate is configured as a pivot member pivotable about an axis between a first, blocking position, and a second, bypass position. A spring biases the feed channel access gate toward the blocking position.
Staple gun capable of utilizing multiple staple sizes
A manually operated staple gun includes a frame, a staple magazine, and a user-actuated unit. The user-actuated unit is mounted in the frame to switch between a first condition wherein the magazine is configured to guide staples of a first width along a guide axis into a ready position to be driven into a work piece and a second condition wherein the magazine is configured to guide staples of a second width along the guide axis into the ready position to be driven into a work piece.

A spring biases the feed channel access gate toward the blocking position.
Magazine for a fastener tool
A magazine for a fastener tool comprising a first guideway for heads of fastener elements of a first type, the first guideway extending in a direction (A) and being configured to position tips of the fastener elements of first type near a front edge extending substantially parallel to the direction (A); and comprising a second guideway for heads of fastener elements of a second type, the fastener elements of the first type having a different length from that of the fastener elements of second type, the second guideway being configured to position tips of the fastener elements of second type near the front edge. The magazine further comprises a poka-yoke configured to prevent inserting of the fastener elements of second type in the first guideway.
FASTENER HOLDER AND DISPENSER
A holding and dispensing device may conveniently store fasteners and permits a user to easily and quickly retrieve and dispense fasteners, such as staples, one at a time, without the risk of fasteners falling out of the device, or protruding in a manner that may harm the user. Embodiments may be especially suitable for a core of staples. The present disclosure further relates to methods of holding fasteners in a fastener holder and methods of dispensing fasteners.
