Hammer extender
In one example, a system includes a hammer extender having a head formed from an upper layer, a lower layer and a side layer. The hammer extender includes an elongated body portion having a solid core elongated portion and a hollow core elongated portion. One end of the solid core elongated portion is connected to the head, and the other end is connected to the hollow core elongated portion. The hollow core elongated portion can receive and guide a nail during impact. The system may include a hammer having a hammer handle with a hollow interior to store the hammer extender.
MANDREL FOR SOIL COMPACTION
A mandrel for forming a cavity at a target location. The mandrel includes a base part positioned at a top end of the mandrel, a first middle part, a second middle part, a third middle part, a first plurality of diamond-shaped crushing blades, a second plurality of diamond-shaped crushing blades, and a bore head positioned at a bottom end of the mandrel. The first plurality of diamond-shaped crushing blades are attached around the first middle part and the second middle part. The second plurality of diamond-shaped crushing blades are attached around the third middle part and the bore head.
Two-piston hydraulic striking device
Provided is a two-piston hydraulic striking device that has stable operativity. This two-piston hydraulic striking device includes two striking mechanisms for striking one transfer member. Each striking mechanism has a pressure receiving area ratio between the front and rear of a piston thereof set in such a way that the two striking mechanisms have the same cycle time.
Cleft-Mallet
A mallet is described that has at least one cleft, in such a structure that the stress wave created during impact has longer travel way than the length of the mallet as measured along the impact line. This mallet induces longer-lasting and weaker stress wave(s) in the anvil as compared to a solid mallet having the same outer dimensions and more or less the same weight. The Cleft-Mallet increases the effectiveness of the strike, while decreasing the stresses in the anvil.
Two-Piston Hydraulic Striking Device
Provided is a two-piston hydraulic striking device that has stable operatively. This two-piston hydraulic striking device includes two striking mechanisms for striking one transfer member. Each striking mechanism has a pressure receiving area ratio between the front and rear of a piston thereof set in such a way that the two striking mechanisms have the same cycle time.
Tool attachment for a handheld power tool
In a tool attachment for a handheld power tool, which includes a tool housing having a fastening interface, having an attachment housing, on which a locking unit, for locking the tool attachment on the fastening interface of the handheld power tool, and a tool receptacle for accommodating an insert tool are situated, a percussion mechanism is situated in the attachment housing, which is configured to apply percussions carried out in the axial direction in relation to the tool receptacle to an insert tool, which is situated in the tool receptacle, during percussion operation of the tool attachment, the tool receptacle being fixed in position in the attachment housing in a non-rotating way at least during percussion operation.
Drill
A drill includes a housing and a motor having a drive spindle. An output spindle is capable of being rotationally driven by the drive spindle via a torque clutch. The drill further includes atangential impact mechanism for superimposing tangential impacts onto the output spindle when activated. The tangential impact mechanism includes a sleeve rotatably mounted on the output spindle, and an anvil rotatably mounted onto the output spindle. The output spindle and the sleeve are rotationally driven by a planetary gear system comprising a ring gear, a sun gear and a planetary gear which is drivingly connected between the ring gear and sun gear.
Drill
A drill includes a housing and a motor having a drive spindle. An output spindle is capable of being rotationally driven by the drive spindle via a torque clutch. The drill further includes a tangential impact mechanism for superimposing tangential impacts onto the output spindle when activated. The tangential impact mechanism includes a sleeve rotatably mounted on the output spindle, and an anvil rotatably mounted onto the output spindle. The sleeve is rotationally driven by the drive spindle via a gear system at a first rotational rate when the torque clutch is not slipping and at a second rotational rate when the torque clutch is slipping.
