CUTTING MACHINE AND METHOD FOR SLICING A LOAF INTO SLICES
A cutting machine for slicing a loaf into slices includes a forming tube channel extending in an axial direction, with an open longitudinal side and a channel cavity. A plurality of cross press stamps of different widths can each be inserted into the open longitudinal side of the forming tube channel for forming a forming tube having a rear end and a cutting end. The cutting machine further includes a cutting device with a blade arranged in front of the cutting end of the forming tube, and the blade is displaceable in a transverse direction relative to the forming tube. A width of the channel cavity of the forming tube channel is variable, and a cross press drive is provided for displacing a cross press stamp of the plurality of cross press stamps into the open longitudinal side of the forming tube channel in a first transverse direction.
Food slicing apparatus
A slicing apparatus and methods of using a slicing apparatus are provided. The apparatus can include a base configured to rest on a horizontal surface, a vertically extending cutting area generally perpendicular to the horizontal surface, and a food carriage for laterally moving and rotating a food item engaged with the food carriage. The cutting area can include blades angled relative to each other, and a multi-blade tool that allows adjustment and selection of different blades.
LOG SAW PUSHER ASSEMBLY
The unitary pusher arms of the present invention may be easily and quickly changed out of a receptive base to accommodate different log saw configurations. The increased modularity is an improvement over prior art pusher arms, which are difficult to change and generally require the loosening and fastening of several different fasteners. Not only are the present arms easy to change out, they may also be color coordinated with different product types so that an operator may quickly and easily identify the appropriate size and shaped pusher to be used with a given product. These advantages improve operational efficiency, reduce the likelihood of mismatched pusher and log size, and increase operator safety.
DEVICE FOR CUTTING MEDICINE TABLET
A device for cutting a medicine tablet includes a base extending along an axis, a cutting device having a fixed cutter and a movable cutter base, and a carrying plate movably disposed inside the base and having a carrying face for a medicine tablet. The fixed cutter is fixedly disposed inside the base, the movable cutter base is optionally positionably moves between protruding and retreating positions axially, the movable cutter base has a movable cutter, when the movable cutter is in the protruding position, a blade of the movable cutter is near a blade of the fixed cutter, and when the movable cutter base is in the retreating position, the blade of the movable cutter is remote from the blade of the fixed cutter. The carrying face faces the blade of the fixed cutter and is able to approach the blade of the fixed cutter.
ASSEMBLY AND METHOD FOR CUTTING OR EMBOSSING COATINGS
The invention relates to a coating cutting tool for frozen confection comprising a frame defining a product void for receiving a product at least partly coated, a set of side knives comprising at least two knives mounted on the frame opposite of the product the void, wherein the knives are fixed on the frame. The invention also relates to a method for cutting the coating comprising softening the coating to allow cutting of the coating and holding the product so that sufficient pressure can be exerted during cutting.
Method and apparatus for cutting of food products
The invention relates to a method for the simultaneous multiple track cutting of several food products, in which the products are cut by means of a common cutting apparatus, in particular a high performance slicer, which has at least one cutting blade which rotates about a blade axis in a cutting plane and/or revolves about a central axis in a planetary motion manner and to which the products are supplied in multiple tracks, and in which blank cuts are carried out in at least a passive track and/or in which the supply of the respective product is suspended at least at times, while the respective product is sliced in at least one other active track.
MOTORIZED SPIRAL CUTTING DEVICE
A food spiral cutting machine, suitable for cutting fruits or vegetables into a continuous spiral or julienne. The spiral cutting machine includes a base, a drive unit, a screw, a cutter assembly and a locking device; the drive unit comprises a motor, a gearbox and an open drive nut; the gearbox comprises a planetary gear reduction group and a pair of bevel gears, a first bevel gear connects to the output of the planetary gear set, and the first bevel gear drives a second bevel gear which is provided with a spline inside the gear center hole. The first bevel gear meshes with the second bevel gear at right angle. An open drive nut rests on the underside of the screw. A screw is provided with a slot along the screw axis. The spline of the second bevel gear keys with the slot of the screw. When the second bevel gear is driven by the motor via the planetary gear set and the first bevel gear, the spline in the second bevel gear turns the screw. As the open drive nut meshing with the screw is stationary, the screw rotation results in linear movement of the screw along the screw axis. The distal end of the screw is fitted with a spikey disk, where there is a center pin and circumferential spikes such that fruit or vegetable can be supported and butted against the cutter assembly. By the simultaneous rotation and linear movement of the screw, the required motion to spirally cut fruit or vegetable is realized.
BREAD SLICER ALLOWING SLICED BREAD TO BE BAGGED
Bread slicer allowing a loaf of bread (2) to be packed in a bag, comprising a loading compartment (1) which is connected to a receiving compartment (6), a pushing member (5) which allows the bread (2) to be pushed in a movement direction of the bread and means for keeping a packing bag (13) open. The slicer comprises an abutment element (19) for reducing the cross-section of the bag (13) at the location of the abutment element (13) so that the portion (21) of the bag with a reduced cross-section forms an abutment for the end of the sliced bread.
MULTI-TRACK SLICING MACHINE WITH INDEPENDENTLY CONTROLLABLE GRIPPERS
In order that grippers on individual tracks of a multi-track slicing machine can be moved and controlled independently of one another, they are not all mounted on a same gripper slide guided on the only slide guide present. Instead, at least two slide guides may be present, each of which carries at least one gripper slide, which in turn either carries several grippers or several gripper slides.
Hydro-mechanical cutter
A food product cutting system can include a food product carrier for carrying food product circumferentially around an axis of rotation, where the food product carrier includes food cutters each having a knife and a corresponding pusher. Each knife is for receiving and engaging with food product, and each pusher is slidably coupled with a knife and movable for pushing food product out of engagement with the food cutter. The food product cutting system can also include a track oriented generally circularly with respect to the food product carrier. The track can be arranged at varying radial distances from the axis of rotation and coupled with followers. Each follower can be connected to a corresponding pusher. In operation, food product moved into the knife of a food cutter and carried around the axis of rotation is incrementally pushed out of engagement with the food cutter by the corresponding pusher.
