Housing, housing manufacturing method and mobile terminal
A housing, a housing manufacturing method, and a mobile terminal. The housing comprises a metal body, and a connecting body; the metal body at least comprises a first body, and a second body; the connecting body at least comprises a first connecting body. The first body and the second body are connected by means of the first connecting body. A plurality of mating structures are formed at the joint of the first body, the second body and the first connecting body. Each mating structure comprise at least one of a groove tension structure, a protrusion tension structure, a rib tension structure, a through-hole fastening structure, a hole-site knurling rib structure and an inner-hole groove structure. Structural stability of the joint of the housing can be effectively enhanced by means of the described manners.
GLAZING ASSEMBLY AND FORMING METHOD
Aspects of the present invention relate to a glazing assembly (1) for a vehicle (2). The glazing assembly (1) includes a glazing element (10), a finisher component (11) and a connector (14). The glazing element (10) has an inner surface (10A) and an outer surface (10B); the finisher component (11) has an inner surface (12A) and an outer surface (12B). A portion of the glazing element inner surface (10A) forms a first encapsulation area (A1); and a portion of the finisher component inner surface (12A) forms a second encapsulation area (A2). The finisher component (11) is connected to the glazing element (10) by the connector (14) which is composed of an encapsulation material which encapsulates the first encapsulation area (A1) and the second encapsulation area (A2). The resulting glazing assembly (1) has a substantially continuous outer surface. The present invention also relates to an encapsulated assembly (1) for an exterior of a vehicle (2). Furthermore, the present invention relates to methods of forming a glazing assembly (1); and an encapsulated assembly (1).
Injection molded assembly and method of joining injection molded parts
An assembly of joined injection molded parts and a method for joining injection molded parts is disclosed herein. The assembly includes, but is not limited to, a first injection molded part having a first bonding area. The first bonding area has a plurality of first fingers extending from a surface of the first bonding area. The assembly further includes a second injection molded part having a second bonding area. The second bonding area corresponds in shape to the first bonding area and has a plurality of second fingers that extend from a surface of the second bonding area. The assembly includes an adhesive tape arranged between the plurality of first fingers and the plurality of second fingers. The adhesive tape is configured to bond the first injection molded part to the second injection molded part.
