A molding process for the production of a cover wall section for a cover in which the cover wall section has at least one multi-layer fabric that has a reinforcement and, at least on one side, preferably on both sides, a polymer coating, has the following process steps: Provision of at least one multi-layer fabric; draping of the at least one fabric over a molding surface of a mold and stretching of the at least one fabric across the molding surface by at least one tension element; and curing of the at least one fabric and/or the at least one tension element in such a way that the cover wall section is fixed in its shape.

The invention relates to an article comprising a main body (6, 7, 8) that consists of a polymer material having elastic properties, particularly an air spring bellows (2), a metal-rubber element or a vibration damper. In order for fire-retardant properties to be improved, the article is provided, partially or fully, with a cover (9) formed from at least one flat textile structure and/or at least one three-dimensional textile structure and/or at least one shrink film. The cover can be fire-retardant itself or can be equipped to be fire-retardant.

Processes for producing cured polymeric products by additive manufacturing
Disclosed herein are processes for production of a cured polymeric product which processes include using rubber particles to form a rubber layer, applying liquid binder to form a bound layer from the rubber layer, and curing, whereby repetition of steps allows for formation of additional layers and ultimately production of the cured polymeric product.

A method of preparing a cured air spring bellows includes preparing a vulcanizable composition including a eutectic composition by mixing a vulcanizable elastomer, a sulfur-based curative, zinc oxide, and a eutectic composition; preparing a green member using the vulcanizable composition; and curing the green member to form the air spring bellows.
Producing a bellows
Bellows, for example, a roll bellows and a folding bellows, can be produced that can be used at higher temperatures such as those prevailing in modern articulated constructions, using a mixture comprising at least one thermoplastic elastomer selected from the group of copolysters with a hard segment and a soft segment, wherein in a first step the at least one thermoplastic elastomer is mixed with approximately 0.8 wt. % to approximately 5 wt. % triallyl isocyanurate, based on the total amount of the mixture; in a second step the bellows is produced; and in a third step, the bellows is exposed to an ionizing irradiation in a range from approximately 140 kGy to approximately 350 kGy.

Disclosed in the present invention are a process for producing an anti-gravity balance massage type buffer convection airbag and an airbag cushion. The production process comprises the steps of preparing materials, laminating, preparing an upper cushion body, preparing a lower cushion body, laminating the upper cushion body and the lower cushion body, and shaping to obtain a finished product. The production process and the airbag cushion can produce anti-gravity and buffer convection effects while increasing the force area, and have the effects of balance and massage.
Syndiotactic Polybutadiene In Non-Tire Applications
An air spring bellow formed from a rubber composition including a rubber component that contains a polyisoprene rubber and syndiotactic 1,2-polybutadiene. The syndiotactic 1,2-polybutadiene has a low crystallinity of 40 percent or less and the rubber composition includes a filler.
