Clothing Compression Press And Method Of Compressing Clothing
A clothing compression press that is of a sufficient height so as to compact clothing for baling in a single pass of a piston within the chamber. The press includes an inner cavity defined by a base with a front wall, a back wall and first and second sidewalls extending upwardly therefrom. A plate extends within the inner cavity which is driven by a hydraulic cylinder from a first position spaced apart from the base to a second position proximate the base, to in turn, compress clothing between the plate and the base.
VERTICAL REFUSE BALER
A vertical baler includes a frame defining a compaction chamber, a platen configured for vertical travel within the compaction chamber to compact refuse contained within the compaction chamber, a linear actuator coupled to the platen and configured to raise and lower the platen within the compaction chamber, an electric motor coupled to the linear actuator and configured to control extension and retraction of the linear actuator, an encoder coupled to the electric motor and configured to measure rotation of the motor, and one or more processors.
A COMPACTOR
A compactor (1) for waste material comprises a housing (3) for receipt of a bag (4), the housing comprising sidewalls (11, 12) including at least one openable sidewall (13), and a compacting press comprising an actuator to force material into the bag when it is housed in the housing. At least one of the sidewalls comprises two adjacent panels (14, 15) connected by articulation means (16) allowing the sidewall to fold during a compaction operation. The folding of the sidewall has been found to dissipate the stresses caused by the pressure in the bag/housing due to the changing geometry and the movement of waste material into regions of lower density or voids created by the changed geometry.
Trash compaction and sanitation receptacle and method of use
A trash compactor and sanitation receptacle includes a housing defining an interior cavity therein; a lid; one or more wheels; a display; a camera; a compaction system having four movable members, a first set of railings, a second set of railings, a first set of vertical lift tracks, and a second set of vertical lift tracks; a fumigation system; a sanitation system; a sealing system; a controller; a power switch; and a power source.
AGRICULTURAL BALER WITH REDUCED FRICTION BALE-CONTACTING SURFACES
A bale-forming chamber for an agricultural baler includes: a compacter configured to form collected crop material into a bale; and a pair of sidewalls each defining a respective boundary of the bale-forming chamber, at least one of the sidewalls including a dimpled surface having a plurality of dimples formed therein that each define a contactless region relative to the bale being formed in the bale-forming chamber.
Improvements in Square Balers
A square baler including a baling chamber having a floor formed of spaced profiles, side walls and a top wall, and a density belt surrounding the baling chamber. The density belt is formed of a U-shaped frame having three beams welded to one another to define a floor beam for supporting the floor of the baling chamber and two upright beams for supporting the side walls of the baling chamber and a tensioning rod releasably secured to the upper ends of the two upright beams to prevent the upright beams from splaying apart.
Rectangular Baler with Improved Transmission of Forces to the Chassis
A rectangular baler including a chassis; a compacting plunger supported on the chassis for advancing crop material; and a bale chamber between the compacting plunger and the back end. The chassis is provided with a first and second sidewall extending from the front end in the direction of the back end. There is further provided a pull rod connecting the first sidewall and the second sidewall, at a location between the plunger and the front end. The pull rod has a first part and a second end part extending freely through a first hole in the first sidewall and a second hole in the second sidewall, respectively.
Compaction material feeding device for a vertical baling press and baling press having a compaction material feeding device
A compaction material feeding device for a vertical baling press, the compaction material feeding device having a compaction material compartment and a conveyor for feeding compaction material from the compaction material compartment to a loading opening of the associated baling press. In the compaction material feeding device the compaction material compartment is limited by a web-shaped carrier element having side wall segments and having a floor segment, as well as at least two fixed second side walls situated opposite one another. The carrier element can be lifted by a lifter device. In a maximally lifted end position of the carrier element, this element is drawn tight, and a compaction material transfer region of the compaction material feeding device is covered and closed by one of the side wall segments of the carrier element. In addition, a baling press is provided having a compaction material feeding device as described.
APPARATUS FOR FORMING BLOCKS OF COMPACTABLE MATERIAL
Apparatuses for forming blocks of compactable material such as snow, having a hollow upper body with a compression chamber within for containing and subsequently compressing the compactable material to form a block that can be used in connection with recreational activities. A lower body having a flat compression plate attached to a top end, is configured to slide within the compression chamber, the compression plate being capable of pushing the compactable material into a hinged lid that is attached to a top end of the upper body and acts to cover a top opening of the upper body. Ferromagnetic materials attached to the underside of the compression plate are configured to contact other ferromagnetic materials attached to the interior walls of the compression chamber, which at least temporarily arrests sliding movement of the upper and lower bodies, and allows a user to fill the apparatus with compactable material.
