RADIATIVE COOLING STRUCTURES AND SYSTEMS
Polymer-based selective radiative cooling structures are provided which include a selectively emissive layer of a polymer or a polymer matrix composite material. Exemplary selective radiative cooling structures are in the form of a sheet, film or coating. Also provided are methods for removing heat from a body by selective thermal radiation using polymer-based selective radiative cooling structures.
ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIATION PERMEABLE GLAZING
A glazing includes at least one transparent substrate comprising a first major surface and an opposing second major surface, wherein said first major surface is coated with an electrically conductive layer and the electrically conductive layer is absent in one or more regions of the first major surface. At least a portion of the one or more regions of the first major surface, and/or corresponding regions of the opposing second major surface, bears a low-emissivity material, and the one or more regions permit the passage of electromagnetic radiation through the glazing.
HEATABLE LAMINATED SIDE GLAZING
A laminated side glazing of a vehicle, with an upper edge, a lower edge, a front edge, and a rear edge, includes an outer pane and an inner pane, which panes are bonded to one another via a thermoplastic intermediate layer, and a transparent, heatable coating, which is arranged between the outer pane and the inner pane and which is electrically contacted by a first collecting busbar and a second collecting busbar and which has, for guiding a heating current flowing between the collecting busbars, at least one decoated isolating line that runs between the collecting busbars, wherein the first collecting busbar and the second collecting busbar are arranged along the front edge or the rear edge and wherein an upper part and a lower part are defined by pattern of decoated isolated lines different in the upper part and the lower part of the laminated side glazing.

METHOD FOR PRODUCING POLYVINYL ACETAL RESIN FILM CONTAINING PLASTICIZER ABSORBED THEREIN
The present invention relates to a method for producing a polyvinyl acetal resin film containing a plasticizer absorbed therein, comprising: a contact step of bringing a liquid plasticizer into contact with a polyvinyl acetal resin film; and a heating step of heating the polyvinyl acetal resin film that has been contacted with the liquid plasticizer, wherein an amount of a plasticizer in the polyvinyl acetal resin film before the contact step is 0 to 20% by mass based on a total mass of the polyvinyl acetal resin film.
Glass laminate structure
A glass laminate structure is disclosed with a first and a second glass ply and a printed polymer ply interposed between the first and second glass plies, the printed polymer ply may be of PVB or PET having nanoparticle-containing ink adhered to at least a portion of a surface. Optionally there may be at least one further polymer ply which may be of PVB, PVA, COP or TPU. The nanoparticle-containing ink may contain electrically conductive nanoparticles, especially silver nanoparticle-containing ink. Also disclosed is a process for producing such a glass laminate structure.
