A composite pane includes first and second panes, a layer stack arranged therebetween including a first thermoplastic intermediate layer, a separating layer, an adhesive layer, a photopolymer layer having a holographic element, a carrier layer, and a second thermoplastic intermediate layer. The carrier layer contains polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene, polymethyl methacrylate, polyvinyl chloride, and/or cellulose triacetate and has a thickness of 20 μm to 100 μm. The carrier layer is arranged directly adjacent the photopolymer layer. The separating layer contains polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene, polymethyl methacrylate, polycarbonate, polyamide, polyvinyl chloride, and/or cellulose triacetate and has a thickness of 10 μm to 300 μm. The adhesive layer is arranged directly adjacent the photopolymer layer and the separating layer.
LAMINATED GLASS MOUNTED WITH CAMERA
A laminated glass mounted with a camera is provided. The laminated glass includes an external glass panel, an internal glass panel, and an intermediate bonding layer. A bracket is fixed to a fourth surface of the laminated glass. The camera is mounted on the bracket. An opaque resin layer is further disposed between the fourth surface and the bracket. The opaque resin layer has a visible light transmittance less than or equal to 3%. For each of the first surface, the second surface, the third surface, and the fourth surface of the laminated glass, no dark ceramic ink layer is disposed in a region which surrounds each optical transmitting window and has a periphery at least 10 mm away from a periphery of said each optical transmitting window.
Laminated glass and method of manufacturing the same
A laminated glass comprising an outer glass sheet, an inner glass sheet, and an intermediate layer between the outer and inner glass sheets. The intermediate layer has a first busbar, a second busbar, and heating wires connecting the first and second busbars, and a sheet-like substrate supporting the heating wires. The intermediate layer further comprises an adhesive layer. A distance from a centre of the wires to a surface the outer glass sheet and a distance from the centre of the wires to a surface the inner glass sheet being different; and a distance from the centre of the wires to the inside surface of the outer glass sheet and a distance from the centre of the wires to the outside surface of the inner glass sheet being different, and the adhesive layer thickness or the substrate thickness, whichever is smaller, is not more than 400 micrometres.
Laminated glazing reflecting infrared
A laminated glazing includes an outer sheet of clear glass and an inner sheet of clear glass, which are joined to one another by an interlayer of plastic, includes the succession of the following elements, from the inside to the outside of the glazing: the inner sheet of clear glass, a stack of layers reflecting infrared radiation between 780 nm and 2500 nm, the interlayer including successively a) a first thin sheet including a layer of a polymer compound or of a varnish, the polymer compound or the varnish including a dye, the dye absorbing substantially all of the light within the visible region and being substantially transparent to the infrared, b) a second thin sheet of an untinted plastic, the outer sheet of clear glass.
LAMINATED GLAZING FOR PROJECTING AN IMAGE FROM A HEAD-UP DISPLAY (HUD)
A laminated glazing for a head-up display (HUD). The laminated glazing has an outer glass pane and an inner glass pane, which are bonded to one another via a thermoplastic intermediate layer. The intermediate layer in the vertical course (C) between a lower edge L and the upper U edge of the laminated glazing is variable at least in sections between two virtual points P1 and P2 taken along the vertical course (C). The calculated surface area (S) surrounded a straight line connecting a first value V1 defined by a position (d(1)) and a thickness (Tk(1)) of the virtual point P1 and the last value V2 defined by a position (d(2)) and a thickness (Tk(2)) of the virtual point P2 is above 10.000 mm×μm.
