Resin film for laminated glass, and laminated glass and preparation thereof
A resin film for laminated glass, laminated glass including the resin film, and a process for manufacturing the laminated glass are disclosed. The resin film for laminated glass comprises a resin layer comprising a polyvinyl acetal resin and a contact surface in direct contact with glass, wherein the contact surface has an Rz roughness of 25 to 90 μm and a maximum static friction coefficient at 20° C. of 0.85 to 1.60, and the compressive elastic deformation index measured in the perpendicular direction from the contact surface at 35° C. is 40 to 310 μm/N.
GLASS ARTICLE, METHODS FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME, AND LASER WELDING EQUIPEMNT
A glass article without cracks includes a first glass, a second glass, and a bonding layer located between and connecting the first glass and the second glass. A method for manufacturing a glass article includes fixing and holding a first glass and a second glass, and irradiating the first glass and the second glass with a laser beam to form a bonding layer between two surfaces of the first glass and the second glass, the bonding layer connecting with the first glass and the second glass. The disclosure further provides a laser welding equipment for combining the first glass and the second glass.
Glass assembly
A frame for bonding a first glass component to a second glass component with a desired thickness of adhesive is disclosed. The frame has a horizontal top portion sized to overlap the top surface of the first glass component. The horizontal top portion has a distal surface which is configured to contain the adhesive when poured on the top surface of the first glass component. The horizontal top portion is thicker than the layer of adhesive to be used so that the second glass component may be placed within the frame to abut the distal surface. The frame also has a vertical side portion which extends downward from the horizontal top portion and is sized to wrap around the first perimeter.
RESIN FILM FOR LAMINATED GLASS, AND LAMINATED GLASS AND PREPARATION THEREOF
A resin film for laminated glass, laminated glass including the resin film, and a process for manufacturing the laminated glass are disclosed. The resin film for laminated glass comprises a resin layer comprising a polyvinyl acetal resin and a contact surface in direct contact with glass, wherein the contact surface has an Rz roughness of 25 to 90 m and a maximum static friction coefficient at 20 C. of 0.85 to 1.60, and the compressive elastic deformation index measured in the perpendicular direction from the contact surface at 35 C. is 40 to 310 m/N.
Resin film for laminated glass, and laminated glass and preparation thereof
Embodiments relate to a resin film for laminated glass, laminated glass comprising the resin film, and a process for manufacturing the laminated glass.
Laminating apparatus and laminating method using the same
A laminating apparatus includes: a first jig including at least one curved portion; a second jig opposing the first jig; a pad portion on the second jig; a tube between the first jig and the pad portion, the tube contractable and expandable by a fluid to be injected thereinto; a pressure regulator to regulate a pressure of a fluid injected into the tube; and a fluid moving portion connecting the tube and the pressure regulator. A laminating method is also provided.
Method for laminating and aligning an irregular-shape material
A method for laminating and aligning an irregular-shape material is disclosed. Since the existing laminating material has an irregular shape, there is a problem with disabling alignment in a lamination process. Thus, the irregular shape of the laminating material is used to form a straight line correlated with a tangent line to the shape, and the straight line is used as the shape-aligned feature of the laminating material. Besides, the definition of an alignment relationship between the laminating material and a laminated object is established to adjust a lamination tolerance and prevent the laminating material from overhanging over the laminated object, thereby satisfying consumers' aesthetic needs for the appearance of products.
