Method for manufacturing a decorative part
The automobile decorative-part (1) comprises a resin-compact (3) having a decorative-layer (2) on its surface-layer and comprises a clear-coat layer (4) for protecting said surface-layer, and that a high-gloss region (R1) of a relatively high-gloss level is mixed with a low-gloss region (R2) of a relatively low-gloss level on the surface of said decorative-part, and that a clear-coat paint is sprayed by an atomization-coating machine onto the surface of the decorative-layer (2), and that the atomization-coating machine contains an ester-based solvent of a low-boiling point as the main-solvent that has a boiling-point of 100 degrees Celsius or less and has a solid-content of 35 to 40 percent by mass, thus forming the clear-coat layer (4) that makes it partially possible to mat the gloss of the surface of the clear-coat layer, thus manufacturing a decorative-part with an excellent quality design.
Peeling device and peeling method using the same
A peeling device includes a peeling tank for containing a first solution therein, a support portion on which a stack structure including a base layer extending in a first direction and a film coupled with the base layer is disposed, the support portion being disposed in the peeling tank and an adsorption device for adsorbing the base layer thereon to peel off the base layer from the film, the adsorption device including an adsorption portion for adsorbing the base layer, and a moving portion coupled with the adsorption portion for moving the adsorption portion to allow the base layer to be bent to a second direction crossing the first direction and to be peeled off from the film.

Method for providing hermetic electrical feedthrough
This invention provides methods for the processing of platinum metallized high temperature co-fired ceramic (HTCC) components with minimum deleterious reactions between platinum and the glass constituents of the ceramic-glass body. The process comprises co-firing a multilayer laminate green ceramic-glass body with via structures filled with a platinum powder-based material in a reducing atmosphere with a specified level of oxygen partial pressure. The oxygen partial pressure should be maintained above a minimum threshold value for a given temperature level.
Extrusion coated barrier film
The present development is an extrusion coated barrier film with perforated holes for breathability and a moisture vapor barrier. More specifically, the coated barrier material comprises biaxially oriented nylon film extrusion coated with a blend of an acid copolymer and at least one block copolymer material made up of rigid polyamide blocks and soft polyether blocks. The extrusion coated barrier film can be thermally laminated to expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam boards, which can be used as housewrap, roofing underlayment, or in other construction materials.
Process for producing a polymer-coated metal strip and a polymer-coated metal strip produced thereby
A process for producing a laminate in a coating line including the subsequent steps of: providing a metal strip; pre-heating the metal strip to a temperature of at least 100 C.; producing a laminate by adhering a first thermoplastic polymer coating layer on one major surface of the strip and a second thermoplastic polymer coating layer on the other major surface of the strip wherein the first thermoplastic polymer coating layer includes a polymer with a melting point below 200 C.; heating the laminate in a non-oxidising gas atmosphere in a post-heating step to at least the melting point of the polymer or polymers in the second polymer coating layer, and at least 220 C.; rapidly cooling or quenching the laminate to a temperature of below 50 C. Also, a polymer coated metal strip produced thereby, or a can produced therefrom.
