PRINTING APPARATUS, PRINTING METHOD, AND CAN BODY
A printing apparatus configured to print a can body includes: a plurality of printing plates; a blanket; a blanket transfer device configured to transfer inks on the plurality of printing plates to the blanket; and a can body transfer device configured to transfer the inks transferred to the blanket to the can body. The blanket transfer device transfers the inks such that at least part of an ink transferred from one printing plate is superimposed onto at least part of inks in other colors transferred from other printing plates.
Thermal transmission tubular marking
A tube marking device includes a delivery unit having operating rollers for delivering a tube. A thermal press printing unit includes a first heating device and a press printing roller which are actuated by a first lift cylinder to move vertically. A first transmission printing sheet is mounted to a first rotary disc, carries a plurality of marks thereon, and is moved by an operating unit. Two adjacent marks are continuous to each other or have a spacing therebetween smaller than 50 cm. A control unit is electrically connected to the delivery unit, the thermal press printing unit, the first rotary disc, and the operating unit. The delivery unit and the operating unit respectively move the tube and the first transmission printing sheet. The thermal press printing unit transmissions the plurality of marks of the first transmission printing sheet onto an outer periphery of the tube.
Method and apparatus for applying a material onto articles using a transfer component
Apparatuses and methods for applying a transfer material onto one or more surfaces of an article are disclosed, including apparatuses and methods of transfer printing on and/or decorating three-dimensional articles, as well as the articles printed and/or decorated thereby. The apparatuses and methods may include providing a deposition device, such as a printing device; providing a transfer component; depositing a material onto a portion of the transfer component with the deposition device; modifying the portion of the transfer component with the transfer material thereon to conform the transfer component to at least a portion of one or more surfaces of the three-dimensional article; and transferring the transfer material onto the one or more surfaces of the article.
DEVICE FOR CONDUCTOR MARKING
A device for marking a conductor includes: a gripper for gripping the conductor extending in a longitudinal direction; a heating jaw assembly having two jaws spaced from each other in an open position in a first transverse direction transverse to the longitudinal direction; and a transport mechanism for dispensing a foil tape extending along the first transverse direction on a first side of the heating jaw assembly, a foil side of the foil tape facing away from the heating jaw assembly being weldable by heat and a foil side of the foil tape facing the heating jaw assembly including a marking of the conductor; and a gripper mechanism for moving the gripper along a second transverse direction transverse to the longitudinal direction and transverse to the first transverse direction when the heating jaw assembly is in the open position. The gripper moves the gripped conductor.
Foil stamping mechanism
The disclosure discloses a foil stamping mechanism, which includes a base and a lifting seat, wherein a plurality of stamping molds are arranged between the base and the lifting seat, an aluminum foil driving mechanism is arranged above the stamping mold, the aluminum foil driving mechanism includes a connecting plate, a monitoring device is installed on one side of the connecting plate. According to the disclosure, a pattern on an electrochemical aluminum foil can be precisely stamped to a corresponding position on a film roll.
Device for carrying a beaker and clampingly positioning a heat transfer sheet around the beaker
The invention relates to a device for carrying a substrate, for example a drinking cup, and clamping against the substrate, for example against an outer wall of the drinking cup, a clamping sheet, wherein the clamping sheet comprises a flexible and bendable material with a width and a length, said length being measured between longitudinal ends of the clamping sheet, wherein coupling members are provided at longitudinal ends of the clamping sheet, said coupling members comprising rods protruding in the width direction of the clamping sheet. The device is characterized in that the device comprises first recesses for receiving rods of a first width side that are positioned at opposite longitudinal ends of the clamping sheet and comprises second recesses for receiving rods of a second width side that are positioned at opposite longitudinal ends of the clamping sheet, and the device comprises a support member for carrying the device and the substrate.
APPARATUS FOR TRANSFERRING, FIXING AND POLISHING IMAGES PRINTED ON PLASTIC OR METAL SURFACES OF THREE-DIMENSIONAL OBJECTS
The object of this invention is to transfer, fix and polish images produced by: toner laser printers or inkjet printers, flexographic technology, silkscreen technology, offset technology, printed on reel support (A), on the plastic or metal surface of three-dimensional objects (16), thanks to which it is possible to detach images from the reel support (A) and subsequently transfer them to the surface of said plastic or metal objects (16) by a thermomechanical (1, 10) action.
Device and method for the decoration of objects
A device and a method for the decoration of objects to be decorated, wherein the object is held by a holding device. In a first step decorative material is applied to a transfer medium by a printing device. In a second step adhesive is applied to the transfer medium provided with the decorative material or to the object, and in a third step the transfer medium is pressed onto the object by a pressing device and at the same time the adhesive is cured by a curing device.
SUBLIMATION PRINTING PRODUCTION LINE AND AUTOMATED SUBLIMATION PRINTING METHOD FOR CYLINDRICAL WORKPIECES
A sublimation printing production line for a workpiece having a cylindrical outer surface includes a sublimation paper loading station, workpiece wrapping station, a baking station, and a sublimation paper dismantling stations. The sublimation paper loading station has a workpiece conveyor belt and a sublimation paper conveyor belt that operate synchronously and in parallel. The sublimation paper is positioned on to an elastic fastening jacket, which is then tightly wrapped around the workpiece with the ends buckled together to secure the sublimation paper to the workpiece and making the sublimation image clearer, more colorful, and ensuring the quality of the sublimation.
