The content may be selected by a user or may be determined by an event, such as a user-interactive input or an input initiated by an event associated with a vehicle system. The input command causes selected content to be moved from a first display to a second display. The input command causes articulation of the second display in order to display the selected content The input command may come from a portable device, or a user interactive command such as a voice command, a visual command such as a gesture, or a touch command. The input command may also come from a vehicle system, such as a navigation system, an infotainment system, a climate control system to name a few.

An audible accessibility system for a vehicle comprises a first audible device in connection with a first door. A second audible device is in connection with a portion of the vehicle. An actuator is configured to adjust a position of the first door. A controller is configured to control an opening for access to the vehicle by controlling the actuator to adjust the position of the first door and the first audible device. The controller is further configured control an audible entry routine comprising controlling the first audible device to output a first audible indication and the second audible device to output a second audible indication, wherein the first audible indication and the second audible indication are spatially separated by the opening.

An information display device attachable to a structure includes a display panel and a surface member. The display panel has a display surface and displays information on the display surface. The surface member is disposed on the display surface side of the display panel and is in a state where only the information displayed on the display surface of the display panel is visible through the surface member when the display panel is turned on. The surface member includes a first layer disposed on a front side, and a second layer that is disposed on the display panel side with respect to the first layer and adjusts light transmittance of the surface member.
