Seat recliner
Proposed is a seat retainer in which first outer teeth and first inner teeth or second outer teeth and second inner teeth are engaged with each other at an angle, thereby a gap between a gear plate and a first flange or between the gear plate and a second flange can be removed.
OCCUPANT SUPPORT
An occupant support includes a seat bottom and a seat back coupled to the seat bottom and arranged to extend upwardly away from the seat bottom in a normal-seating configuration. The seat back is pivotable relative to the seat bottom between a plurality of positions. The seat back may be changed from an upright position to a folded-forward position.
SEAT RECLINER FOR VEHICLE
A seat recliner for a vehicle is provided and includes: a first plate; a second plate coupled with the first plate to define an inner space; a locking gear provided in the inner space, and provided with external teeth engaged with the first plate or the second plate; a locking cam configured to move the locking gear; an input member configured such that a first end thereof passes through the first plate and is coupled with a center of a locking cam to transmit torque thereto, and a second end thereof is exposed outside the first plate; and an elastic member wound around an outer circumferential surface of the second end of the input member, and configured such that a first end thereof is stopped by the input member, and a second end is stopped by an outer side of the first plate, thereby providing a restoring force.
RECLINER
A recliner including a ratchet and a guide mounted in an axial direction, and a lock mechanism configured to lock relative rotation between the ratchet and the guide by meshing in a radial direction, the lock mechanism including a plurality of poles which is configured to be supported in a circumferential direction by the guide and has outer circumferential teeth configured to mesh with inner circumferential teeth formed on the ratchet as the poles are pushed outwards in the radial direction to be moved, the plurality of poles including a specific pole, wherein the specific pole includes a pressing portion configured to contact a restraint portion of the guide from an inner side in the radial direction so as to be restrained from moving in the circumferential direction as the specific pole is pushed outwards in the radial direction by an operating cam to be moved.
ACTUATING DEVICE, IN PARTICULAR FOR A VEHICLE SEAT, AND VEHICLE SEAT
An actuating device (100) has a first part (5a; 334; 434) and a second part (5b; 310; 412) which can be pivoted about a first axis (A) relative to the first part (5a). A first segment (140) can be coupled to the first part. A second segment (150) can be rotated about the first axis (A) relative to the first segment (140) and can be connected to a locking device of a component (20) and/or to a locking device (350; 450) of another component (330; 430). Rotation of a deflecting element (120) moves a transfer element (130) such that the second segment (150) is not rotated about the first axis (A). Changing a distance between the first axis (A) and a second axis © allows the second segment (150) to be rotated about the first axis by the transfer element (130). A vehicle seat includes such an actuating device (100).
Vehicle seat reclining device
A vehicle seat reclining device includes: a ratchet and a guide assembled to be rotatable relative to each other; a plurality of pawls respectively supported by a plurality of corresponding pairs of guide walls of the guide and configured to mesh with the ratchet; and a cam configured to press the pawls in a radial direction by a biasing force of a lock spring. The guide has: welding dowels configured to be welded to a seat frame, the respective welding dowels being formed between the respective pairs of guide walls; and a hooking hole formed between a specific pair of guide walls, an end portion of the lock spring being hooked in the hooking hole. In a state before the welding dowels are welded to the seat frame, a width between the specific pair of guide walls is larger than a width between another pair of guide walls.
Vehicle seat and angle adjustment device thereof
A vehicle seat and an angle adjustment device are provided. The angle adjustment device includes an unlock cam, a ratchet wheel provided with internal teeth, and a plurality of slide blocks disposed circumferentially and provided with external teeth. The angle adjustment device further includes a plurality of extension and retraction blocks corresponding to the slide blocks, wherein the extension and retraction block is capable of driving the slide block to move outwards in a radial direction so as to engage the internal teeth with the external teeth. A second elastic member is provided between two adjacent extension and retraction blocks, and two ends of the second elastic member in a deformation direction are respectively connected to the unlock cam and the extension and retraction block.
Brake device for motor vehicle seat
A brake device for a motor vehicle seat is composed of a brake assembly, a tooth assembly, and a lever assembly. The brake assembly includes a housing, a pinion shaft, a braking component, and a drive wheel that are structured to be self-held in an assembled state by mechanical interaction thereamong. The tooth assembly includes a holder plate and a tooth plate that are structured to be self-held in an assembled state by mechanical interaction therebetween. The lever assembly includes an input lever, a cover, a coil spring, and a lever bracket that are structured to be self-held in an assembled state by mechanical interaction thereamong. The brake assembly, the tooth assembly, and the lever assembly are arranged and assembled together in an axial direction.
BACKREST ADJUSTING MECHANISM AND A SEAT WITH THE SAME
The backrest adjusting mechanism comprises an adjusting base, a cushion, a supporting frame, a backrest, an air pressure rod, a connecting rod and a steel wire core; the cushion is fixed to a top of the adjusting base; the supporting frame is rotationally connected to a rear end of the adjusting base; the backrest is fixed on the supporting frame; the air pressure rod is rotationally connected with the supporting frame; the rear end of the base is provided with a fixing frame; the connecting rod is rotationally connected with the fixing frame and a movable rod; the connecting rod and the fixing frame are provided with a limiting block; when the backrest is used, two of the limiting block are propped against each other to fix the backrest at a specific position.
SEAT RECLINER
Proposed is a seat retainer in which first outer teeth and first inner teeth or second outer teeth and second inner teeth are engaged with each other at an angle, thereby a gap between a gear plate and a first flange or between the gear plate and a second flange can be removed.
