A disposable child seat cover for covering a child seat generally having a horizontal seat cushion, a back rest projecting upwardly from the seat cushion, at least a pair of shoulder straps with complementary connectors, the shoulder straps coupled to the back rest, and at least crotch strap with a buckle to connect with the connectors, the crotch strap coupled to the horizontal seat cushion. The disposable child seat cover includes an one-piece covering member defining a periphery, the covering member having a recess formed thereon to receive the crotch strap and secure the covering member on the child seat. The crotch strap is capable of being engaged with the connectors upon being received in the recess.

A child safety seat includes a seat shell having at least one sidewall, a buffering part connected with the seat shell, the buffering part being movable between a first position corresponding to a stowed state where the buffering part is retracted toward the sidewall and a second position corresponding to a deployed state where the buffering part protrudes sideways from the sidewall, a retaining mechanism configured to hold the buffering part in the first position via a magnetic force, and a release mechanism operatively connected with the retaining mechanism, the release mechanism being operable to release the buffering part from the hold of the retaining mechanism for movement of the buffering part from the first position to the second position.

A lateral shock absorber includes a protective fender pivoted to a base of a child car safety seat and a locking mechanism disposed on the base. The protective fender is pivotally switchable between a folded state or an unfolded state. The locking mechanism is for selectively engaging with the protective fender to restrain the protective fender from switching to the unfolded state or disengaging from the protective fender to allow the protective fender to switch to the unfolded state when the protective fender is located in the folded state. The locking mechanism includes a locking assembly, an abutting component and an abutting block connected to the abutting component. The locking assembly engages with the protective fender to restrain the protective fender from moving, and the abutting component is driven by the abutting block to disengage the locking assembly from the protective fender when the abutting block is pressed downwardly.

A child safety seat (1) for a vehicle, the child safety seat (1) comprises a seat body (2) and a frame (3) which is removably secured to or securable onto an existing vehicle seat (VS) in a rearward configuration, the seat body (2) comprising a back portion (20) and a seat portion (21), the frame (3) being pivotably attached to the back portion (20) of the seat body (2) such that, in use, the seat body (2) is arranged to pivot about the pivotable attachment to the frame (3) during a vehicular accident.

A child restraint includes a seat bottom and a seat back coupled to the seat bottom. The seat back includes a backrest configured to extend upwardly from the seat bottom and a headrest coupled to the backrest for supporting a head of a child. The present disclosure relates to a child safety seat. The child safety seat includes: a seat base defining a receiving groove on a front edge thereof; a buckle connected to the seat base through a crotch belt, and a shape of the buckle being matched with the receiving groove; and a seat cushion covering on the seat base and defining a slot to allow the buckle to pass through. When the buckle is no longer used, the buckle can be received in the receiving groove without removing the buckle, which does not affect the normal use of the seat base, and improves the convenience of using the child safety seat for users.

The present invention is directed to a children's car seat adapter for positioning two child's car seats near the center passenger area of a vehicles passenger seat. The children's car seat adapter includes a base plate for receiving a child's car seat and a latch anchor assembly for releasably securing the child's car seat to the base plate. The children's car seat adapter further includes a strap assembly for securing the base plate to the center passenger area of the vehicle's passenger seat.
