Headlight optical element, headlight module, vehicle headlight and vehicle
The present disclosure relates to vehicle lighting devices, and discloses a headlight optical element. The headlight optical element includes a light incident portion, a light transmitting portion and a light emergent portion which are connected in sequence, wherein the light incident portion includes a plurality of light incident surfaces connected sequentially in a left-right direction; the light incident surfaces are curved surfaces protruding backwards in the optical axis direction; and light emergent surfaces are curved surfaces protruding forwards in the optical axis direction. In addition, the present disclosure further discloses a headlight module, a vehicle headlight and a vehicle. The headlight optical element provided by the present disclosure is small in size, high in optical precision, accurate in light pattern, convenient to mount and low in cost.
Holding device of a lighting module of a lighting unit, lighting module, and lighting unit of a vehicle
A holding device of a lighting module of a lighting unit of a vehicle, comprising a securing section for securing the holding device to the rest of the lighting module and a bearing section for supporting the holding device on a bearing pin of the lighting unit, wherein the bearing section has at least one lock which forms a locking connection together with the bearing pin when the holding device is assembled, and wherein the lock is designed such that the locking connection simultaneously forms a joint which enables the lighting module to rotate about a longitudinal axis of the bearing pin. A lighting module and a lighting unit of a vehicle are also provided.
Skid plate assembly
Disclosed herein are embodiments of a vehicle that can include a bumper, a plurality of frame brackets, and a skid plate assembly, and related methods. Also disclosed herein are embodiments of a skid plate assembly that can include a light source and a main body with a first portion, a second portion, and a plurality of mounts. The skid plate assembly can extend below a bumper of a vehicle. The main body can define an opening that exposes the light source and the face of the light source can be aimed forward and downward.
LED MODULE AND VEHICLE HEADLIGHT WITH SUCH LED MODULE
A composite array has two two-dimensional arrays on a substrate each having two rows of LEDs. The LEDs in each array have the same orientation as all other LEDs in that array. First electrical traces sequentially couple LEDs in the first string and the second string by beginning at opposite corners of the composite array and alternating between rows of each of the first and second arrays. A second electrical trace couples ends of the first and second strings across rows of the composite array. Third electrical traces route outside the composite array and are coupled, respectively, to a beginning of the first string for the row of the composite array containing the beginning of the first string, a beginning of the second string for the other row, the end of the first LED string for the other row, and electrodes of LEDs in the other row.
HOOD AND TRACTOR EQUIPPED WITH HOOD
A hood of a tractor including a front grill, a light unit, and an upper cover is provided with a center pillar. The front grill is attached to the center pillar, the light unit is attached to the front grill, and the upper cover is supported by the center pillar. The hood is further provided with a side frame and a lower cover, where the side frame is attached to the center pillar, and the lower cover is attached to at least the upper cover and the side frame.
Bracket for mounting light to steering arm
A light mount for mounting a light to a steering arm on an axle may include a bracket designed to attach to the steering arm, wherein the bracket and, thus, the light pod rotate with rotation of the steering arm. The bracket may include a mounting frame, wherein a first edge of the mounting frame is concavely curved and wherein a plurality of mounting orifices extend through the mounting frame; and a mounting plate extending substantially perpendicularly from an upper edge of the mounting frame, wherein the mounting plate has a mounting orifice extending therethrough, the mounting orifice being sized to accommodate a fastener extending from a light pod.
LIGHT-TRANSMITTING DECORATED MOLDING ARTICLE AND METHOD OF FABRICATING THE SAME
A method of fabricating a decorated molding article includes forming an all-in-one coating on a substrate and performing a curing step, thereby forming a composite layer structure with a protective effect, a color effect, and a bonding effect. The composite layer structure may form a molded film with better physical properties (e.g., higher hardness, better protection effect, and the like) after the blister molding process. Therefore, the molded film of the embodiments may be applied to a laser engraving process to form a variety of light-transmitting decorated molding articles.
Light system including an adjustment assembly to aim a light
A light system of a vehicle comprising: (a) a connector housing; (b) a reflector housing connected to the connector housing and being movable relative to the connector housing; (c) one or more adjustment assemblies comprising: (i) a socket in the connector housing; and (ii) a rod in the reflector housing that extends into the socket and is rotatable relative to the socket so that the reflector housing is adjustable relative to the connector housing; and wherein the rod has a length and a width with the length being greater than the width and the rod being rotatable around an axis of the length.
Vehicle headlamp mounting assembly and vehicle
The invention belongs to the technical field of vehicles, and aims to provide a headlamp mounting structure which can achieve a trade-off between the “weakness” for pedestrian safety and protection and the “strength” for durability, impact resistance and modal parameters. To this end, the invention provides a vehicle headlamp mounting assembly and a vehicle. The vehicle headlamp mounting assembly includes an upper mounting bracket, a middle mounting bracket, a lower mounting bracket, a fender bracket, a connecting plate, and a reinforcing bracket. A bottom end of the reinforcing bracket is connected to the lower mounting bracket via at least one blind rivet. A first mounting structure is provided near an inner end of the upper mounting bracket. The fender bracket is provided with a second mounting structure. A third mounting structure is provided near the bottom end of the middle mounting bracket. A fourth mounting structure is provided near the bottom end of the reinforcing bracket. When assembled, an upper part of a headlamp is fixed via the first mounting structure and the second mounting structure, and a lower part of the headlamp is fixed via the third mounting structure and the fourth mounting structure.
