LIGHTING DEVICE COMPRISING A MOVABLE SIGNALING MODULE AND A MOVABLE LIGHTING MODULE
The invention includes a lighting device with a signaling module that can move in at least a first direction and a lighting module that can move in a second direction different from the first direction. The movable lighting module being able to take a position that is invisible and a position that is visible from outside the lighting device. The lighting device further including a controller designed to control a movement of the lighting module such that: in a first mode, called daytime mode, the lighting module assumes the invisible position; in a second mode, called nighttime mode, the lighting module assumes the visible position. The controller moves of the signaling module such that at least one part of the signaling module moves in the first direction in order to authorize a movement of the lighting module in the second direction from the invisible position to the visible position.
Rotatable light bar for motor vehicle sport bars
A light bar for a motor vehicle has a plurality of lights mounted to an elongated support member is rotatably connected to opposing end walls of a rectangular frame. An offset cam is connected to the support member and moved by an actuating mechanism between a first and second position which cause the support member and lights to rotate about an axis to corresponding first and second positions. When the support frame and lights are in a first position they are shielded by and substantially enclosed by the sides and ends of the rectangular frame, and when in a second position the lights extend above and generally parallel to the rectangular frame to shine above and forward of the rectangular frame. A power switch energizes the actuating mechanism to move the lights and support member between the first and second positions.

ACTIVE HIDDEN AIR CURTAIN AND VEHICLE HAVING THE SAME
A speed sensitive type active hidden air curtain of a vehicle includes: hole opening or closing devices configured to cover or open an air hole of a bumper facing traveling wind with any one of a bumper interlocking device, a lamp interlocking device, and a hole color change device to guide air to a space formed between a bumper and a wheel; a power connection member interlocked with a deflector guiding the traveling wind under the bumper to move the hole opening or closing devices; and a supporter maintaining tension of the power connection member. The speed type active hidden air curtain thereby implements a clean and differentiated design image of the bumper and improves appearance quality thereof by covering the air hole exposed to the outside.
COVER UNIT AND LIGHTING MOUNTING FOR VEHICLE
A cover unit for selectively covering an opening in a structure, including: at least a first cover element having a first axial end coupled to a first driving mechanism, and a second axial end coupled to a second driving mechanism; the first driving mechanism and the second driving mechanism configured to move the first cover element between a closed position and an opened position; each including: an arm configured to be rotatively coupled to the structure, at least one drive unit configured to drive a movement of the arm, and a joint configured to couple the arm to the axial end of the first cover element, the joint configured to allow a two-axis rotation and one linear axis movement, wherein the joint is configured to allow the first axial end and the second axial end of the first cover element to be moved differently during an opening movement and/or a closing movement.

Retractable Vehicle Light Assemblies for Tailgates
A light assembly for a tailgate of a vehicle, including a housing, and a light source. The housing is pivotally coupled to the tailgate for movement of the housing between a use positon and a stowed position. The light source is coupled to the housing. In the use position the light source is positioned outside of the tailgate. In the stowed position the light source is positioned within the tailgate.

LED LIGHT BAR COVER WITH AUTO SHUT OFF LIGHT SWITCH
An LED light bar is provided, comprising an LED light bar body, a cover, and a light shut-off switch. The cover has a closing surface portion and a rear surface portion and is connected to the LED light bar body through hinges at the two side portions for closing and opening the first LED lights on the front portion, and the cover has at least two stable deploying positions including a closing position and an opening position. The light shut-off switch is provided on the first portion of the LED light bar body for turning off the first LED lights while the cover is in the closing position. The LED light bar may further comprise second LED lights disposed on the closing surface portion of the cover, and the light shut-off switch is further configured for turning off the second LED lights while the cover is in the closing position.
Vehicle light assembly including a movable light signature member
A vehicle light assembly including one or more movable light signature members that are selectively translated from a first position partially or wholly in front of conventional light units (low beams, high beams, taillights, etc.) to a second position away from the light units when the light units are in use. Thus, for example, the movable light signature member(s) can include one or more LEDs or the like that are illuminated to act as daytime running lights, turn signal indicators, accessory lights, etc. when they are disposed in front of the light units and when the low beams, high beams, or taillights are not in use. This provides the desired light signature. When the low beams, high beams, or taillights are in use, the movable light signature member(s) are translated out of the way, such that the light units are visible adjacent to and/or between the movable light signature member(s).
