A light system of a vehicle comprising: (a) a connector housing; (b) a reflector housing connected to the connector housing and being movable relative to the connector housing; (c) one or more adjustment assemblies comprising: (i) a socket in the connector housing; and (ii) a rod in the reflector housing that extends into the socket and is rotatable relative to the socket so that the reflector housing is adjustable relative to the connector housing; and wherein the rod has a length and a width with the length being greater than the width and the rod being rotatable around an axis of the length.

A lamp for a vehicle and a vehicle including the lamp. One aspect of the present disclosure provides a lamp for a vehicle, the lamp including a first light source configured to emit light, a light guide unit having one side facing the first light source and configured such that the light emitted from the first light source enters the light guide unit, a rotary shaft having one side fixedly coupled to the light guide unit, and a power supply unit configured to provide power for rotating the rotary shaft.

Disclosed is a system enabling micro-adjustments in headlamps having upper and lower modules. A link exists between the upper and lower modules, the length of the link is made to be adjustable. The lower module is located on a pivot so that adjustments made to the length of the link result in a desired lighting pattern.

A rotation adjustment mechanism includes a rotation target module supported by a fixation member to be freely rotatable around a first rotary shaft and an adjustment unit supported by the fixation member and including a slider movable along a slide axis pointing in a direction orthogonal to the first rotary shaft. The adjustment unit is supported to be freely rotatable around a second rotary shaft parallel to the first rotary shaft and provided on the fixation member. The rotation target module includes a connection groove. The fixation member includes a cam member. The cam member has a guide surface in an arc-like shape that maintains constant a rotation angle of a contact point where the connection groove and a projection part of the slider contact each other around the first rotary shaft with respect to a unit movement amount of the slider in a direction parallel to the slide axis.

A vehicular lighting fixture is provided which includes a combination of an aiming mechanism and a leveling mechanism that can reduce deformation of an aiming/leveling bracket. A vertical aiming mechanism and a leveling mechanism include an aiming/leveling bracket that is integrally molded with a resin. A rectangular recess is formed in the aiming/leveling bracket so as to accommodate an aiming nut serving as a point of load for the vertical aiming and an actuator output shaft serving as a point of effort. The rectangular recess is located on or near the central axis of the aiming nut where the central axis substantially coincides with the front-rear direction of a vehicle.

An angle aiming mechanism for a light assembly. The angle aiming mechanism including a body, a gear rotational coupled to the light assembly and an angle adjuster movable between a first position and a second position. The angle adjuster engaging the gear when the angle adjuster is in the first position. The angle adjuster disengaging the gear when the angle adjuster is in the second position. The angle adjuster configured such that rotation of the angle adjuster in the first position changes an angle of the light assembly relative to a reference plane.

An illumination device for a motor vehicle headlight, which illumination device (10) comprises: a light module (100) comprising: at least one light source (110), a primary optics (200), a heat sink (300), and a holding body (400) set up to hold the primary optics (200) in their position, the holding body (400) and the heat sink (300) being connected to one another by means of a fastening means (500), and a support frame (700) on which the light module (100) is fastened via an adjustment screw (800) which comprises a screw head (810) and a screw section along a longitudinal axis (A), which screw head (810) is mounted in an articulated manner on the light module (100), the light module (100) comprising a bearing device (900), which bearing device (900) comprises a first and a second bearing shell (910, 920) which together form a joint socket, the first bearing shell (910) being arranged on the holding body (400) and the second bearing shell (920) being arranged on the heat sink (300), and the bearing device (900) being set up to support the screw head (810), and the joint socket enclosing the screw head (810) such that the at least one adjustment screw (800) is secured against displacement in the direction of its longitudinal axis (A).

A ride includes a first device and a second device. The first device has an adjustment mechanism. The second device has an adjustment mechanism. Any one of the first device and the second device is a lighting device in which a direction of a light source of light is adjustable. An opening is formed in the ride. The adjustment mechanism of the first device and the adjustment of the second device can be operated by being accessed from outside through the same opening.

A straddle vehicle includes a vehicle body, a headlamp main body, and a driver circuit. The driver circuit drives the headlamp main body. The headlamp main body includes a housing that accommodates a light emission member. The driver circuit is disposed outside the housing.

An aiming mechanism 10 includes a headlight 3, a supporter 4 that supports the headlight 3 on a vehicle body 1 such that the headlight 3 is rotatable about a predetermined rotation axis X, and an adjuster 6 that adjusts the rotation angle of the headlight 3 about the rotation axis X. The adjuster 6 is located accessible from above the vehicle body 1.
