Vehicle lamp
A vehicle lamp includes a lamp housing having an inner space and a welding surface, and a cover that covers the inner space and is joined to the lamp housing by laser welding to be disposed adjacent to another vehicle lamp. The cover includes a design surface portion and a welding leg. An end portion of the outer peripheral portion of the design surface portion on another vehicle lamp side is provided as an adjacent side end portion. The welding leg includes a facing surface portion that protrudes from the adjacent side end portion and faces the other vehicle lamp. The facing surface portion is provided at a position extending from an upper end portion to a lower end portion of the adjacent side end portion.
VEHICLE LAMP
To improve the sense of connection between a fixed-side lamp unit and a movable-side lamp unit. A vehicle lamp includes; a fixed-side unit, and a movable-side unit, the fixed-side unit has: a first light source; a first light guide body; and a first outer lens having a first front surface part, and a first leg part, the movable-side unit has: a second light source; and a second light guide body; and a second outer lens having a second front surface part, and a second leg part, the second leg part has a light control surface, and the light control surface performs control such that light emitted from at least one of the first light source and the second light source and incident on the light control surface passes through inside of the second leg part and is emitted from a front surface side of the second leg part.
VEHICULAR LAMP
A vehicular lamp is provided capable of enabling an observer to visually recognize the first and the second light-emitting areas as if they are integrated (connected) with each other when emitting light regardless of viewpoint positions. The vehicular lamp includes: a first light-emitting area and a second light-emitting area adjacent to each other in a horizontal direction with a gap; a third light-emitting area observed through the gap; a gap light-emitting unit disposed behind the gap; and a light control unit disposed between the gap and the gap light-emitting unit. The gap light-emitting unit includes a front and upper view light-emitting units disposed therebelow. The upper view light-emitting unit and the light control unit each have a lower portion extending downward. The light control unit includes an optical element controlling light from the upper view light-emitting unit by a predetermined angle upward so that the light passes through the gap.
THROUGH-TYPE TAILLIGHT AND VEHICLE HAVING SAME
The present invention relates to a through-type taillight and a vehicle having same. Specifically, the through-type taillight is installed in an accommodation of a vehicle tail component, and has an outer lens, a housing and a side part, the housing being closed by the outer lens, and together with the outer lens defining an accommodating space for accommodating an optoelectronic component of the through-type taillight, wherein the side part is arranged on a side of the housing in such a way as to prevent loosening, and at least occupies a first position and a second position relative to the housing, such that in the first position the through-type taillight can be fitted into the accommodation, and in the second position the side part forms a corresponding compensating face of the vehicle tail component.
Rear lamp unit control system
A rear lamp unit control system for a vehicle including: a first lamp provided on a vehicle body side of a vehicle rear face; a second lamp provided on an opening-closing body side of the vehicle rear face; and a controller configured to control the first lamp and the second lamp. When an opening-closing body of the vehicle is in a closed state, the controller is configured to control the first lamp and the second lamp so that the first lamp and the second lamp turn on at different luminous intensities to each other. In response to the second lamp being in need to be turned on when the opening-closing body is in an open state, the controller is configured to turn the first lamp on at a luminous intensity that is equivalent to a luminous intensity of the second lamp when the second lamp is turned on.
Low profile rear lamp applique assembly
A rear liftgate assembly with at least one rear lamp applique assembly and process for manufacturing same. The lamp applique assembly includes a rear lamp applique housing with at least one attachment surface for attaching to an outer panel of the liftgate assembly. A plurality of integrated snap attachment features are provided to connect the lamp applique assembly to the outer panel, thereby eliminating additional bonding and fasteners. A self-sealing wire harness connected accepts an integrated lamp connector, thereby eliminating the need for access openings, to further minimize water intrusion, and eliminate gaskets.
EDGE LIGHTING FOR A CONTINUOUS ILLUMINATION APPEARANCE
A light system of a vehicle comprising: a housing comprising: a glue bucket; a glue leg located partially or entirely within the glue bucket; and a light guide located between the glue bucket and the glue leg; wherein the light system is located proximate to a gap in the vehicle and the light guide guides light from the light guide into the glue leg and from the glue leg across the gap so that the light extends across the gap to illuminate the gap.
HATCHBACK DOOR FOR MOTOR VEHICLES
A hatchback door includes a load-bearing inner panel made of composite plastic material, a plastic top outer panel glued on a top portion of the inner panel, and a plastic bottom outer panel glued on a bottom portion of the inner panel. The top panel includes a first layer of transparent plastic material and a second layer of opaque plastic material or opaque paint. The opaque layer covers only some of the transparent layer such that the top panel is transparent in a central part overlying a rear-window opening of the inner panel and in its peripheral portions that function as transparent elements for two lateral sets of lights and a third top set of lights. The light sets are without a front transparent element and are connected to a rear side of the top panel. The transparent peripheral portions constitute the front transparent elements of the light sets.
LAMP CONTROL DEVICE
A lamp control device includes a converter configured to provide an output voltage and an internal voltage; a lamp including an LED module which has a plurality of LED channels, and configured to emit light in correspondence to the output voltage of the converter; and a controller configured to operate by using the internal voltage of the converter, control the output voltage of the converter to be retained at a level equal to or higher than a predetermined level, by using feedback voltages of the plurality of LED channels, and control channel currents of the plurality of LED channels to be regulated in correspondence to memory values which are set in advance.
Rear lamp module for vehicle and rear combination lamp having same
A rear combination lamp installed on a vehicle comprises: a first rear lamp module installed on a later part of the rear side of the vehicle; and a second rear lamp module installed on a back door located at the rear side of the vehicle to be arranged adjacent to the first rear lamp module. The first rear lamp module includes a main light source and a sub-light source. The main light source generates light output from the first rear lamp module, and the sub-light source generates light provided to the second rear lamp module. The second rear lamp module includes a light reception unit and a light direction changing unit. The light reception unit receives light from the sub-light source. The light direction changing unit changes a progressing direction of light received in the light reception unit to output light to the outside.
