Multifunctional switch device for vehicles
A multifunctional switch device for a vehicle includes a housing coupled to one side of the steering column, a lever switch protrudingly mounted on one side of the housing so as to be rotatably manipulated within a predetermined section range, a moving block disposed within the housing so as to be rotatably moved together with the lever switch, a retaining block being provided at one side of the moving block, a guide bush mounted at one side of the steering column so as to rotate together with the steering wheel, and a cancel cam configured to be operated by the guide bush depending on a manipulated state of the steering wheel to return the moving block that has been rotatably moved to its original position. The cancel cam includes a cam body rotatably coupled to the housing and a shock-absorbing rib elastically deformably disposed at the cam body.
Direction indication mechanism
A bracket is rotatable between a neutral position and a direction indication position in response to an operation by a user. A ratchet is slidable between a position where the ratchet enters a rotating trajectory of a cancel cam mounted on a steering shaft of a vehicle and a position where the ratchet retracts from the rotating trajectory interlocking with rotation of the bracket. A first regulating member defines a guide groove that guides sliding of the ratchet that regulates displacement of the ratchet in a direction along the rotating trajectory. A second regulating member is provided on the ratchet and regulates displacement of the ratchet in a direction intersecting both a sliding direction of the ratchet and the direction along the rotating trajectory. A guide groove includes an open end which is opened toward the rotating trajectory.
Turn signal reset device
A turn signal reset device for a signal switch assembly of a vehicle includes a return stalk, a tab, and an actuator. A coupler is coupled to a first end of the return stalk and is configured to couple the return stalk to a signal stalk of a signal switch assembly that is coupled to a steering column of a vehicle. A second end of the return stalk, to which the actuator is coupled, is positioned proximate to the steering column. A connector that is coupled to the tab is configured to couple the tab to the steering column so that the tab extends radially from the steering column. Activating the signal stalk positions the actuator to selectively engage the tab as the steering column rotates. The actuator is configured to actuate the signal stalk to reset the signal switch assembly to a neutral configuration.
Auto cancel mechanism for turn signal switch device
In an auto cancel mechanism for a turn signal switch device, a click stop mechanism includes a click feeling-generating body formed from an elastic material and supported on a switch case, and a click pin supported on a switch actuator and resiliently pressed against the click feeling-generating body. Since the click feeling-generating body is formed integrally with an elastic stopper part disposed between a guide pin and a front end of a guide groove, the guide pin collides with the elastic stopper part without colliding with the front end of the guide groove, and noise generated by the collision is reduced. Moreover, since the elastic stopper part is formed integrally by utilizing the click feeling-generating body, it is possible to suppress an increase in the number of components and the number of assembly steps.

LEVER ASSEMBLY FOR A STEERING COLUMN OF A VEHICLE
A lever assembly (20) has a lever (24) mounted to a lever housing (22), a plunger (26), an auto-return housing (28) pivotable relative to the lever housing (22), a trigger mechanism (30) movable relative to the auto-return housing (28), and a yoke member (32) pivotable relative to the auto-return housing (22) independent of the auto-return housing. The trigger mechanism (30) is movable to an extended position in response to movement of the plunger (26) for engaging a cam element (12) of the steering column (10) for auto-return of the lever to a rest position. The yoke member (32) interacts with the plunger (26) when the plunger (26) pivots with the lever (24) to cause the yoke (32) to pivot toward an engaged position, and the yoke (32) interacts with the trigger mechanism (30) when the yoke (32) is pivoted to move the trigger mechanism (30) toward the extended position.
VEHICLE AND METHOD OF CONTROLLING THE SAME
A vehicle includes a lever; a magnetic sensor configured to detect an angle of movement of the lever; an inputter configured to receive setting information regarding a lane change and a drive mode from a user; and a controller configured to determine whether to lock the lever based on at least one of the detected angle, the setting information, and the drive mode, and unlock the lever based on the drive mode and the lane change.
