The first and second shoulder belts have corresponding first and second shoulder belt coupling ends and first and second shoulder belt connecting end, and the first shoulder belt engaging end is coupled to a facility where the safety belt connecting structure is installed. The second shoulder belt coupling end is coupled to the facility. The adjusting belt has an adjusting belt connecting end and an adjusting belt adjusting end. The adjusting belt connecting end is connected with the first and second shoulder belt connecting ends, and the adjusting belt adjusting end is adjustably fixed with a positioning portion on the facility, so that an acting length of the safety belt connecting structure with respect to the facility is adjustable by adjusting a position of the adjusting belt with respect to the positioning portion.
SEAT BELT DEVICE FOR THE VEHICLE SEAT
An upper-front of a seatback is cut, providing a hole at a position the occupant's shoulder may lie, and an engaging means able to engage with a shoulder webbing is fitted in the hole. The engaging means holds the shoulder webbing, which is wrapped around the occupant. The engaging means is, for example, a (second) buckle fitted in the hole. A second tongue (intermediate tongue) is mounted on a middle part of the shoulder webbing. The shoulder webbing is wrapped slantwise around the occupant's shoulder when the second tongue is engaged with the second buckle.
Child Safety Harness Assembly
A child safety harness assembly for securing a child in a vehicle includes a first strap that has a midsection. The midsection is curved, such that opposing side sections of the strap extend in substantial parallelism from the midsection. Each of a pair of second straps is coupled to and extends between the opposing side sections. The second straps are substantially evenly spaced between the midsection and opposing ends of the first strap. A third strap has a first endpoint that is coupled to the midsection equally distant from the opposing ends of the first strap. Each of a set of three couplers is coupled singly to the opposing ends and the third strap. The second straps and the third strap are length adjustable. The couplers are configured to couple to anchors of the vehicle to couple the child to the vehicle.
MOTOR VEHICLE SEATBELT RESTRAINT ARRANGEMENT
A motor vehicle seatbelt restraint arrangement including a continuous seatbelt. When the occupant is seated the seatbelt buckle tongue is drawable across the body to engage the buckle providing firstly a pre-impact configuration of the seatbelt characterised by a lap belt portion resting on the hips or upper legs of the occupant, wherein the lap belt portion is rearward vertically offset relative to an underside belt portion of the continuous seatbelt across the seating surface of the seat, and secondly an impact configuration of the seatbelt characterised by the lap belt portion and the underside belt portion being less rearward vertically offset and substantially vertically aligned one with respect to the other to provide a more vertically aligned loop of the continuous seatbelt around the hips or upper legs of the occupant at impact preventing submarining of the occupant out from the motor vehicle seat during impact.
Car seat safety harness retaining device
A safety harness retaining device for a child seat has first and second parts. The first part has a body, a cover removably attached to the body to cover a first side of the body, a magnet enclosed by the cover and body, a pin attached to and extending from a second side of the body for piercing a covering of the child seat, and a clasp removably connectable to the pin for securing the first part to the covering. The second part has a strap configured to be wrapped around and secured to a safety harness belt of the child seat and has an encased ferrous material. And the first part and the second parts are removably connectable through a magnetic force between the magnet and the ferrous material.
Device cooperating with vehicle safety belt
Device cooperating with a vehicle safety belt, designed for passenger transport, especially children consists of a tensioning belt (1) fixed releasably between the shoulder part (2) and the lap part (3) of the fastened safety belt. Tensioning belt is equipped with the length and tension controller (R) and has tunnels (9) on both ends formed by the rolled up and fixed ends of the belt. In the tunnels (9) there are arms of the snap fasteners (4) fixed to the fastened safety belt. Controller (R) includes a staple (7) fixing the length of the tensioning, belt (1) and a staple (8) blocking its position, and the tensioning belt (1) is composed of a fragment (1′) connected permanently with the fixing staple and a fragment (1″) connected slidingly with the fixing staple (7) and the staple (8) blocking the position of the belt (1).
Webbing height adjustment device
A webbing height adjustment device is applied to connect to a webbing of a seat belt system. The webbing height adjustment device has a top ring member, a locking assembly, and a positioning member. The locking assembly is moveably disposed outside the top ring member. The positioning member is disposed on the side surface of the top ring member, is clutched with the locking assembly, and has a positioning element and a combining portion. The positioning element is disposed on the top ring member. The combining portion is disposed on the positioning element and selectively holds the locking assembly for positioning. The webbing height adjustment device is easy to operate and automatically locks the webbing. The webbing height adjustment device can be adjusted continuously and occupies little space when not in use.
