Belt deflector
A belt deflector having a main element which is fastenable to a vehicle structure, and a belt contact element which is movable in relation to the main element and forms a belt contact face or belt contact edge for a seat belt that is to be deflected. The belt deflector has a deformable intermediate element which, during movement of the belt contact element relative to the main element in the direction of the intermediate element, is deformed and is pressed against the seat belt. The belt contact element forms a mating clamping face, and a belt strap portion of the seat belt is arranged between the intermediate element and the mating clamping face. During the relative movement, the intermediate element presses the belt strap portion onto the mating clamping face.

Belt Tongue Comprising A Torsion Bar
A belt tongue having a tongue body, a clamping element in the tongue body, a belt webbing guided through a cavity in the tongue body and running through a gap between the clamping element and the tongue body. The belt webbing can be moved though the tongue body in an unstressed position and, in a stressed position is brought about by a tensile force on the belt webbing, is clamped on a clamping edge of the cavity by the clamping element that is pivotally mounted in the tongue. Laterally to the clamping element, guide sections are arranged, between which the belt webbing runs, so that the belt webbing in the lateral region of the cavity does not go between the clamping element and the tongue body. The cavity forms cavities laterally from the clamping edge.
Safety belt device in a vehicle
A belt fitting for a safety belt device in a vehicle that includes a base segment and an insertion tongue connected thereto, in which base segment a belt eye is provided, through which a belt webbing is guided and divides the belt webbing into a shoulder belt segment and a lap belt segment when the safety belt is worn. The belt fitting has a clamping element movable between a release position, such that the belt webbing is freely movable in sliding contact over at least one belt running surface, and a clamping position, in which the belt webbing is tightly clamped between a clamping stop on the base segment and the clamping element in the event of a load or crash. The belt running surface of the belt fitting has a surface contour, which ensures stable transverse guidance of the belt webbing in the event of a load.
Locking device, vehicle seat belt adjusting device, and vehicle seat belt
A locking apparatus used for controlling a movable chain, strip or strap-shaped object (71) comprising a support frame; a roll shaft (6) with a friction surface or a sprocket pitch slot (64), the roll shaft (6) being fixedly connected to a support rod (66), and one end of the support rod (66) being pivotally connected onto the support frame; a pawl (62) disposed above the roll shaft (6) and capable of rotating around one end; and a pressurization body (3) opposite to the roll shaft (6) along a transverse direction, thereby forming a roll gap between the roll shaft (6) and the pressurization body (3). The roll shaft (6) can freely rotate when the roll shaft (6) is in a middle state. When the roll shaft (6) is forced to downwards pivot until a ratchet disposed on a contact base (65) engages with a ratchet (6302) of the roll shaft (6) to prevent the rotation of the roll shaft (6), the object (71) can be locked. When the roll shaft (6) is forced upwards pivot until the ratchet (6302) of the roll shaft (6) abuts against the pawl (62), the roll shaft (6) can still rotate; when the object (71) changes the direction to downwards move, the pawl (62) engages with the ratchet (6302) of the roll shaft (6) to prevent the rotation of the roll shaft (6) and loses the engagement with the ratchet (6302) of the roll shaft (6) as the roll shaft (6) downwards pivots.
Cinch locking tongue for a vehicle occupant restraint system
A tongue mechanism for use in an occupant restraint system also having a buckle mechanism and a webbing. The tongue mechanism includes a tongue member configured to selectively engage the buckle mechanism, a body formed over a portion of the tongue member, a slider, and a biasing member configured to laterally bias the slider. The body includes a body contact surface. The slider includes a slider contact surface and is configured to travel along a track between a first free position and a second locking position. When the slider is positioned in the first free position the tongue mechanism is free to slide along the length of the webbing, and when the slider is positioned in the second locking position a portion of the webbing is clamped between the slider contact surface and the body contact surface thereby preventing the tongue mechanism from sliding along the length of the webbing.
Belt deflector
The invention relates to a belt deflector with a main element (100) that can be attached to the structure of a vehicle, and with a belt support element (200) that is movable relative to the main element (100) and forms a support surface (231) or support edge for a safety belt (20) to be deflected. According to the invention, the belt deflector comprises an intermediate element (300, 400) that is deformed when the movable belt support element (200) is moved relative to the main element (100), in the direction of the intermediate element (300, 400), and because of this deformation is pressed against the safety belt (20).
Belt tongue having a cover
A belt tongue (1) having a tongue body (3) extending in an insertion direction (2), forming a belt slot (4) for guiding a belt crosswise to an insertion direction (2), and a blocking element (5), movably arranged in the tongue body (3) The belt is movable through the belt slot (4) in an unloaded pass-through position of the blocking element (5) and its mobility is at least inhibited by the blocking element (5) in a loaded position, created by a tensile force introduced into the belt. The belt is deflected by the belt tongue (1) in the fastened state in a loop shape. A cover (6) is provided at least on one side of the tongue body (2) and is arranged having at least one partial section (7) under the belt slot (4), and the partial section (7) directly adjoins the belt slot (4) and covers at least one part of the blocking element (5) in the pass-through position.
