Anti-theft device for a steering column of a motor vehicle

The invention relates to a lock for an anti-theft device for a motor vehicle steering column comprising a rotor (5), a stator head (4), a lug (13) and a complementary profile (14), one supported by the rotor (5) and the other by the stator head (4), the complementary profile (14) being shaped such that the engagement of same with the lug (13) blocks the rotation of the rotor (5) in a predetermined direction of rotation (AR) from a predetermined angular position (PIA) and allows the rotation of the rotor (5) by pushing the rotor (5) in beforehand. The complementary profile (14) is also shaped so that the engagement of the complementary profile (14) and the lug (13) guides the assembly of the rotor (5) in the stator head (4) according to a push-rotated assembly in which the rotor (5) is axially retained in the stator head (4).

Vehicle ignition system

A vehicle ignition system includes an ignition cylinder housing defining an exterior portion, an interior portion and a channel extending at least partially through the interior portion. An ignition cylinder is at least partially received by and adjustable relative to the ignition cylinder housing. The ignition cylinder includes an elongate body defining an exterior portion and an interior portion. A cam member is at least partially received in the channel of the ignition cylinder housing and includes a clutch disposed adjacent to and engaging a portion of the ignition cylinder. A locking mechanism cooperates with the ignition cylinder housing and ignition cylinder includes a locking member having a projection extending therefrom that releasably engages a portion of the ignition cylinder housing when the locking mechanism is placed in the at least one second position to prevent adjustment of the ignition cylinder relative to the ignition cylinder housing.

Lock cylinder having a resetting block

Lock cylinder for an ignition starter switch or a wheel lock at a vehicle with a cylinder core which is at least pivotably received in a cylinder housing. At least one blocking member prevents a rotation of the cylinder core in the cylinder housing in a blocking position and in a releasing position releases a rotation in the cylinder housing. A key channel extends through the cylinder core in which a key is insertable and with which the blocking member is movable between the blocking position and the releasing position. At least two rotation positions can be occupied. In the off-position a key is insertable and detractable in the key channel and in the starting position a vehicle starter can be switched on. A mechanical resetting block prevents a resetting of the cylinder core from the starting position to the off-position by a simple rotation of the cylinder core.

Lock cylinder (10) for at least an ignition starter switch (50) or a wheel lock (70) at a vehicle with a cylinder core (12) which is at least pivotably received in a cylinder housing (11) wherein in the cylinder core (12) at least one blocking element (13) is provided which prevents a rotation of the cylinder core (12) in the cylinder housing (11) in a blocking position and in a releasing position releases a rotation in the cylinder housing (11) and wherein a key channel (12.1) extents through the cylinder core (12) in which a key (14) is insertable and with which the blocking element (13) is movable between the blocking position and the releasing position and wherein by the cylinder core (12) at least two rotation positions (0, III) can be occupied, namely an off-position (0) and a starting position (III) wherein in the off-position (0) a key (14) is insertable and detractable in the key channel (12.1) and in the starting position (III) at least an appliance, particularly a starter of the vehicle can be switched on.

According to the invention, it is intended that a particularly mechanical resetting block (15) is existent which prevents a resetting of the cylinder core (12) at least from the starting position (III) in the off-position (0) by a particularly simple rotation of the cylinder core (12).
