A vehicle horn sound output device according to the present invention comprises: an operation switch for outputting a horn sound; a storage unit for storing sound types to be output as horn sounds; a touch input unit for displaying a horn setting screen such that, by touching the horn setting screen, at least one from among the sound type, the volume, and the sound quality is set; and a control unit for executing an application so as to output a horn setting screen to the touch input unit, retrieving a sound type stored in the storage unit according to a setting value input from the touch input unit, setting the volume and the sound quality, and outputting a horn sound through a horn speaker if the operation switch is operated.

A sound generation apparatus for an electrification vehicle and a method of use thereof are provided. A vehicle proximity notification apparatus has first and second loudspeakers which output warning sound notifying proximity of a vehicle to an outside, and an adjusting unit. The adjusting unit adjusts the sound output from the first loudspeaker so that a sound collecting signal, which is obtained when the second loudspeaker collects the sound output from the first loudspeaker, coincides with a reference signal, in a state in which the first loudspeaker functions as a sound outputting element and the second loudspeaker functions as a sound collecting element. In addition, the adjusting unit adjusts the sound output from the second loudspeaker so that a sound collecting signal, which is obtained when the first loudspeaker collects the sound output from the second loudspeaker, coincides with a reference signal, in a state in which the second loudspeaker functions as a sound outputting element and the first loudspeaker functions as the sound collecting element.

An EV driving sound control system may include a sound output device of generating a driving sound of an EV vehicle; a torque measurement sensor of measuring a torque of a motor in the EV vehicle; an indoor noise measurement sensor of detecting a noise of the EV vehicle; and a signal processing controller for controlling the sound output device to reach a target tone by receiving signals from the torque measurement sensor and the indoor noise measurement sensor, wherein the signal processing controller extracts and outputs only the acceleration feeling sound component from an engine sound upon acceleration, and masks high-frequency noise upon deceleration by the sound output device, by use of the traveling information related to the EV vehicle inputted from the CAN communication in real time and the signals inputted from the indoor noise measurement sensor and the torque measurement sensor.
