ELECTRIFIED VEHICLE
The electrified vehicle includes a vehicle body, a plurality of wheels configured to support the vehicle body, a power unit attached to the vehicle body and configured to drive at least one of the plurality of wheels, and a high-voltage cable arranged in a vertical direction behind the power unit. The vehicle body is configured to support a lower portion of the power unit, and the upper portion of the power unit is configured to be connected to or engaged with the vehicle body via a bracket at least in a vehicle front-rear direction.
Motor vehicle
A motor vehicle has a body with a front section, a floor structure which adjoins the front section, and a floor panel, on the two longitudinal sides of which a sill is in each case arranged. The sills run from an A pillar, adjoining the front section, of the body as far as a C pillar of the body. An inner longitudinal member is on each longitudinal side of the floor panel. A bulkhead is arranged between the front section and the floor structure. Each sill is constructed from an inner C profile and an outer C profile. The first and second profile flanges of the C profiles, arranged in an overlapping manner, are connected, in particular welded, to the inner longitudinal member.
Front vehicle-body structure of vehicle
A front vehicle-body structure of a vehicle includes: side frames of a suspension subframe; a cross member connecting front-end portions of the side frames in the vehicle width direction; a front beam member; and a connecting member connecting a front-end portion of each side frame to the front beam member. A high-rigidity portion having a higher rigidity than other portions of the side frame is at a connecting portion between the front-end portion of the side frame and the cross member. The front beam member has a side end portion extending on a vehicle-width-direction outer side relative to a connecting position with the connecting member. A protrusion portion protruding from the side end portion toward a vehicle rear side is to come into contact with the high-rigidity portion from the vehicle-width-direction outer side when a collision load from a vehicle front side is input to the side end portion.
VEHICLE BODY STRUCTURE
A vehicle body structure includes: a front pillar joined to a dash panel; a front side member extending from the dash panel toward the front of a vehicle; a side sill connected to a bottom end of the front pillar; a rear lower member connecting a rear portion of the front side member and a front portion of the side sill; and a connection member connecting at least two of the front pillar, the side sill, and the rear lower member. The connection member is integrally connected to the front pillar, the side sill, or the rear lower member to form a unitary one piece structure therewith.
Power unit mounting structure
There is provided a power unit mounting structure including: a power unit mounted at an upper side in a vehicle vertical direction relative to a pair of side members, the side members being spaced apart in a vehicle width direction at a vehicle front side or a vehicle rear side relative to a passenger compartment; a pair of upper side vehicle body structural members of which at least portions are disposed at outer sides in the vehicle width direction at the upper side in the vehicle vertical direction relative to the side members; and a brace that spans between the pair of upper side vehicle body structural members at the upper side in the vehicle vertical direction relative to the side members, the brace supporting a bottom portion of the power unit at the side thereof that is further from the passenger compartment in the vehicle front-and-rear direction.
Front end structure of vehicle body
A front end structure of a vehicle body may include: a horn; a bumper cover; an inner grille disposed between the horn and the bumper cover, and a megaphone including a megaphone wall defining a megaphone opening extending along a direction along which the horn and the bumper cover are aligned, wherein a first opening end of the megaphone opposes the horn, a second opening end of the megaphone opposes the bumper cover, and the megaphone is integrated with the inner grille.
Motor vehicle front section
A motor vehicle front section of a motor vehicle includes a first spatial region, a second spatial region formed separately from the first spatial region, a first cover that covers the first spatial region, and a second cover that covers the second spatial region. The first cover extends substantially over a width of the motor vehicle front section, and the second cover extends substantially over the width of the motor vehicle front section. The first cover is arranged in front of or behind the second cover in a vehicle longitudinal direction. An access is provided in at least one of the covers for at least one connection arranged underneath the cover.
VEHICLE FRONT PORTION STRUCTURE
A vehicle front portion structure includes: a dash panel separating a power unit compartment provided at a lower portion of a vehicle front portion from a cabin; a partition wall having a lower end portion secured to a vehicle rear end portion of the dash panel and extending in a vehicle upward direction to divide the cabin into a front portion and a rear portion; a front portion vehicle seat disposed on the dash panel; a seat support member supporting the front portion vehicle seat from a vehicle lower side and having a front end portion secured to the dash panel and a rear end portion secured to the partition wall; and an autonomous driving unit, at least part of the autonomous driving unit being disposed in an area surrounded by the dash panel, the partition wall, and the seat support member.
VEHICLE FRONT PART STRUCTURE
Instrument panel side parts are provided integrally with an instrument panel main body part. Vehicle-mounted components are housed in the instrument panel side parts. Thus, even in a vehicle in which an engine compartment is not provided on a vehicle front side in a vehicle cabin it is possible to ensure a housing space for these vehicle mounting parts. Further, the instrument panel side parts are provided integrally with the instrument panel main body part. Thus, compared to a case in which the instrument panel side parts are separated from the instrument panel main body part, a space around the driver's seat can be expanded by the reduced amount of dead space, and the comfortability of the driver can be ensured.
Front end structure
The present invention provides a front end structure in which cooling performance can be improved. A front end structure according to an aspect of the present invention includes a frame portion 41 that surrounds an outer circumferential part of a heat exchanger and supports the heat exchanger; a duct portion 42 that is connected to an inner circumferential edge of the frame portion 41 and guides outside air, which is taken in through a first introduction port 61, in at least an up-down direction through a space between the duct portion 42 and a front surface of the heat exchanger; and a division portion 43 that is provided in at least one of the frame portion 41 and the duct portion 42 and partitions the heat exchanger into a heat exchange area in which outside air is able to pass through in a front-rear direction and a support area which is positioned on a side circumferentially outward from the heat exchange area and is supported by the frame portion 41.
