An outer part is a tube which includes multiple first grooves and second grooves defined axially in the inner periphery thereof. The outer part is mounted to the inner part. The pins are partially accommodated in the first grooves, and the rollers are partially accommodated in the second grooves. The outer part is axially movable relative to the inner part by the pins and the rollers with less friction.

An isolator that is constructed from an impact absorbing material includes a circular-shaped main body having a hollow central channel, a plurality of protrusions extending outward from one end and a plurality of apertures extending through the protrusions. Each of the apertures receiving the plurality of protrusions of the handlebar clamping assembly. The vehicle steering clamping assembly includes a riser and a clamp structure that form a circular opening for receiving the isolator and handlebar assembly.
BICYCLE HEADSET ASSEMBLY WITH MULTI-MATERIAL COMPRESSION RING
A bicycle includes a frame, a front fork, a fixed stop member fixed in relation to the frame, a bearing member that supports the front fork relative to the frame for rotation about a steering axis, and a compression ring. The compression ring includes a body portion between the bearing member and the front fork and a stop portion rotationally aligned with the fixed stop member to inhibit over-rotation of the front fork relative to the frame. The stop portion comprises a second material that is harder than the first material of the body portion. For example, the stop portion can include a contact surface that contacts the fixed stop member when the front fork is sufficiently rotated, and the contact surface can comprise the second material. In one embodiment, the second material comprises one or more of aluminum, titanium, ceramic, and steel. The body portion can be formed as an overmold on the stop portion.

A system includes an OAI gateway; and a main server coupled to the OAI gateway via a network, and configured to be accessed by client workstations, the main server including: an OAI listener coupled to the OAI gateway; a notification server coupled to the OAI listener; and a memory defining a database and coupled to the OAI listener; the main server being configured to present to a workstation a user-fillable intake form having a plurality of questions, to be filled by an intake clerk, and the main server configured to receive answers to the questions from the workstation, and to present a score total to the workstation indicating whether to accept the potential customer, the score total varying depending on the received answers; and the system being configured to perform an automated action in response to the score total being above or below a predetermined threshold value.
