The neck portion further comprises a plurality of external threads (108), occupying, in the axial direction (z) a region (109) located between a first plane (P.sub.1) and a second plane (P.sub.2), wherein the second plane (P.sub.2) is arranged between the first plane (P.sub.1) and the second axial end. The hinge portion is having a pivot axis (A.sub.P) about which the lid portion is pivotally movable. The security ring has slots distributed over its circumference and each have a top edge and a bottom edge, wherein the top edge is formed by a section of the security ring that extends in the shape of a circular arc. The bottom edge is formed by a wall section that is inclined inwards in a radial direction. The bottom edge of each slot engages in a form-fitting manner with the holding ring.

Represented and described is a resealable pouring element for cardboard/plastic composite packages, in particular beverage packages, with a base element with a circumferential fastening flange as well as an external thread, with opening means arranged at least in the unopened state of the pouring element in the interior of the base element and with a screw cap with internal thread. The opening means are designed such that when the composite package is initially opened by unscrewing the screw cap by breaking the composite material of the package or a barrier layer located in the base element, a pour opening is created inside the pouring element. In order to ensure a fastening of the screw cap to the pouring element in such a resealable pouring element, even in the unscrewed stale, it is provided that an anchor ring is arranged below the screw cap, is connected thereto in a rotationally-fixed manner and is connected to the base element so as to be radially freely rotatable around the base element and in a tension-resistant manner in the axial direction and in that, to securely fasten the screw cap to the base element, even in the unscrewed state, the anchor ring is connected to the screw cap a hinged manner via a hinge element, whose pivot axis is aligned tangentially to the outer circumference of the screw cap.

A flip-top dispensing closure is provided. The closure includes a base and a lid. The base is attachable to a container neck and includes an integral spout. The lid includes a fixing ring and a cap. The fixing ring is attachable to the base and the cap is hingedly attached to the ring. The closure is provided with tamper-evident parts including first and second parts which are initially frangibly connected to each other within the lid, and upon first opening of the cap, the first and second parts are separated, one of the parts being retained by the cap and the other of the parts dropping onto the base.

A compact fast-opening cap for a container having a mouthpiece with an outer annular perimetric rib, includes a base ring preventing separation from the mouthpiece; a protective cap or cover for opening and closing the mouthpiece; a hinge integrally joining the base ring and the cover; and frangible bridges that connect a lower edge of the cover with an upper edge of the base ring. Described is closing cap for a container comprising a lateral wall extending about an axis, a separation line being provided on the lateral wall to define a retaining ring, which comprises a retaining portion which extends up to a free edge of the retaining ring and is configured to engage internally with a ring for locking a neck of the container in such a way as to remain anchored to the neck, and a closing element removably engageable with the neck, so as to open or close the container rotating the closing element about the axis. The separation line is circumferentially interrupted to define in the lateral wall a joining zone in which the retaining ring and the closing element are joined. The cap comprises in addition an incision line, which is also provided on the lateral wall to define, in association with the separation line at least a first connecting band and a second connecting band for connecting together the joining zone and the retaining portion. The incision line comprises a pair of lateral stretches wherein a first lateral stretch defines, with a first part of the separation line, the first connecting band and a second lateral stretch defines, with a second part of the separation line, the second connecting band. The lateral stretches differ in angular extension to define connecting bands of different lengths, the angular difference between the longest lateral stretch and the other lateral stretch being greater than or equal to 5° and less than or equal to 45°.
