BATTERY PACK PACKAGING BOX, AND BATTERY PACK STORED IN SAME
A battery pack packing box capable of easily fixing a battery pack in a lower case by using a buffering member including an insertion hole into which the upper portion of the battery pack is inserted is provided. The buffering member includes a frame and a plurality of wing-shaped ribs.
Battery packaging material, battery, and method for producing battery packaging material
A battery packaging material that is excellent in electrolytic solution resistance and ink printing characteristics of the surface. A battery packaging material comprising a laminate having at least a protective layer, a base material layer, a barrier layer, and a heat-sealable resin layer in this order, wherein a maximum value A of absorbance detected in an infrared wavenumber range of 2800 to 3000 cm.sup.−1 and a maximum value B of absorbance detected in an infrared wavenumber range of 2200 to 2300 cm.sup.−1 satisfy the relation: 0.05≤B/A≤0.75, as measured from an outermost surface of the protective layer, using attenuated total reflection Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.
TRAY FOR LOADING BATTERY CAP
A tray assembly for loading a battery cap includes at least one first tray having a top surface, in which first grooves are provided, and a bottom surface, in which second grooves are provided, and at least one second tray having a top surface, in which third grooves are defined, and a bottom surface, in which fourth grooves are defined and disposed above or below the first tray. When the first tray is disposed above the second tray, each of the second grooves and each of the third grooves communicate with each other to provide a communication space. When the first tray is disposed below the second tray, each of the first grooves and each of the fourth grooves communicate with each other to provide a communication space. The battery cap is mounted in an erect state in the communication space provided by the first tray and the second tray.
ELECTRIC VEHICLE BATTERY TRANSPORTATION CONTAINER HAVING SHIELD SLEEVE
In the present invention related to an electric vehicle battery transportation container having a shield sleeve, a ratchet tightens a belt to fix an electric vehicle battery to a seat base in a state in which a battery fixing hook connected to a leading end portion of the ratchet accommodated in a ratchet accommodation recess part formed in the seat base is inserted into an assembly hole formed in a lower bracket of the electric vehicle battery loaded on the seat base, one or more foldable anti-slip parts installed on the seat base stand upright to prevent left-right slip and front-rear slip of the electric vehicle battery at the same time, and a corner support shaft formed with an inclined structure having a decreasing inner diameter is unevenly coupled to a support shaft insertion groove to load seat bases on a transportation vehicle in multiple stages. When the seat base is manufactured as a grid frame, and front, rear, left, and right surfaces of the seat base are shielded using a shield sleeve according to the present invention, a weight of the seat base may be minimized to reduce a transportation cost when the seat base is loaded on and transported by a transportation vehicle or vessel, and contamination of the electric vehicle battery due to dust or foreign matters may be prevented while the electric vehicle battery loaded on the seat base is transported for a long time.
Battery cell storage case and storage device including same
A battery cell storage case according to the present invention may comprise: a case in which battery cells are stored; and a discharge unit which is electrically connected to the case, is disposed outside the case, and discharges the battery cells, wherein the case comprises: an upper case which has a hollow structure and is open on one side thereof; and a lower case which has a hollow structure and is open on the side facing the open portion of the upper case.
ELECTRIC VEHICLE BATTERY TRANSPORTATION CONTAINER HAVING BATTERY FIXING HOOK
In the present invention related to an electric vehicle battery transportation container having a battery fixing hook, one or more foldable anti-slip parts installed on a seat base manufactured in a plate shape having a closed upper surface stand upright to prevent left-right slip and front-rear slip of an electric vehicle battery at the same time, a ratchet tightens a belt to fix the electric vehicle battery to the seat base in a state in which a battery fixing hook connected to the ratchet accommodated in a ratchet accommodation recess part formed in the seat base by the belt is inserted into an assembly hole formed in a lower bracket of the electric vehicle battery loaded on the seat base, and a corner support shaft is unevenly coupled to a support shaft insertion groove formed with an inclined structure having a decreasing inner diameter to load seat bases on a transportation vehicle in multiple stages. According to the present invention, when a foldable anti-slip part stands upright, left-right slip or front-rear slip of the electric vehicle battery can be easily prevented, and particularly, when a ratchet tightens a belt to fix the electric vehicle battery to the seat base in a state in which a battery fixing hook is inserted into an assembly hole formed in a lower bracket of the electric vehicle battery, the electric vehicle battery can be firmly fixed to the seat base without interference between the belt and the upper surface of the electric vehicle battery.
