Container with closure cap and tamperproof ring
09802737 · 2017-10-31 · ·

The invention relates to a container (1) comprising a container body (4), a closure cap (3), which can be crewed onto said body, and a tamperproof ring (2), which is connected to said cap by way of breakaway webs (10). The closure cap (3) has first driver elements (18), which extend in the axial direction and, when the container (1) is opened for the first time, act on second ramp-like driver elements (19) of the tamperproof ring (2) that extend in the axial direction, and thereby push the tamperproof ring (2) away from the closure cap (3). On a shoulder (6) of the container body (4) that surrounds the container opening, two grooves (22.1, 22.2), one arranged above the other, are provided for receiving and engaging element (23) of the tamperproof ring. The engaging means is engaged first, upper groove (22.1) before the container (1) is opened for the first time and, as a result of the interaction of the driver elements (18, 19) on both sides, is engaged in the second, lower groove (22.2) after the container (1) is opened for the first time.

Embodiments of a tamper-evident closure are disclosed which prevent unauthorized access to a container and its contents, deterring adulteration or introduction of counterfeit product. In one embodiment the tamper-evident closure can be fitted to an associated container and closure, and includes a portion which is removed by fracture of the tamper-evident closure to gain access to the container closure. In another embodiment, an arrangement of wedge-like tongues permit fitment of the tamper-evident closure to associated container for temper-evidence. In another embodiment, the tamper-evident closure is joined by frangible bridges to the container closure to provide the desired tamper-evidence. In another embodiment, the tamper-evident closure is movable axially of the associated container closure to thereby provide evidence of removal.

To provide a spout-equipped container that is excellent in hermetical-sealing performance. The spout-equipped container includes a container and a spout. The spout includes a spout base, an opening element accommodated in a cylinder of the spout base, an activating body which moves the opening element, and a heat sealed sheet which covers an inner opening which fronts an accommodating part in the spout base. The opening element is formed so as not to be get out of the spout base, is formed so as to move toward the heat sealed sheet, and has its center where a spout through hole is formed. The heat sealed sheet is formed so as to be partially torn by the opening element to make the accommodating part of the container and an outer opening of the spout base communicate with outside via the spout through hole of the opening element, and is formed so that an accommodated substance is poured outside.

THREAD CATCHING AND ENGAGING TAMPER EVIDENCE CLOSURE

A tamper evidence closure is provided for engaging with a finish so as to seal contents within the interior of a container. The tamper evidence closure comprises interior threads configured to engage with threads of a finish. A tamper evidence portion is disposed around the perimeter of a lower portion. Recesses are configured to receive and fixate thread ends disposed on the finish so as to prevent further rotation of the tamper evidence portion and configured to be outwardly flexed by the finish. Each of tamper evidence flaps includes a ramp that terminates at a catching surface that is configured to be contacted by a truncated thread end of the finish during loosening of the closure by an end-user. The tamper evidence band on the finish and the flaps are configured to remain in absence of the finish to indicate that the tamper evidence closure has been previously loosened.
