The spout comprises at least a collar having a pouring outlet configured to allow an out-pouring of the pourable product and a lid assembly having a coupling ring rotatably arranged around the collar and a lid hinged to the coupling ring and angularly movable around a respective hinge axis. The lid is controllable between at least a closing configuration, an open configuration and an intermediate configuration. The spout comprises an interaction device partially associated to the collar and partially associated to the lid. The interaction device is configured such that control of the lid from the closing configuration to the intermediate configuration is possible only by rotation of the lid and the coupling ring around a rotation axis and such that control of the lid from the intermediate configuration to the closing configuration is possible by a sole angular movement of the lid around the hinge axis from the intermediate angular position to the closing angular position.

Flat-Shaped Composite Material, Package Sleeve and Package with Curved Edges

A flat-shaped composite material is represented and described for manufacturing a package, including: a polymer outer layer, a polymer inner layer, a fibrous support layer, which is arranged between the polymer outer layer and the polymer inner layer. The flat-shaped composite material has a plurality of fold lines, which are arranged and designed such that a closed package can be manufactured by folding the flat-shaped composite material along the fold lines and by connecting seam surfaces of the flat-shaped composite material, and a sleeve surface. The sleeve surface includes a front surface, a first side surface, a second side surface, a first rear surface, a second rear surface, and base surfaces. The base surfaces include triangular base surfaces, quadrangular base surfaces, and gable surfaces. The gable surfaces include triangular gable surfaces and quadrangular gable surfaces. The base surfaces and the gable surfaces are arranged on opposite sides of the sleeve surface. The manufacture of packages with even more complex geometries without impairing the rigidity of the package should be achieved by a third sleeve fold line, which has a plurality of sections, which each adjoin a side surface and a rear surface, and of which at least one section is curved and of which at least one section is straight. A package sleeve made of a composite material and a package manufactured from the composite material or from the package sleeve are also represented and described.

POUR SPOUT AND PACKAGING CONTAINER

BEVERAGE CARTON DIVIDER
20180009566 · 2018-01-11 · ·

A beverage container to enable the manufacture and packaging of two flavors of juice or other liquid drinks. At present, the preference and favorite flavor of an individual consumer is not accommodated unless two or more products are purchased. This invention provides a cardboard or plastic divider panel that is incorporated into any existing cartons that overcomes these limitations by enabling a carton to be divided into two flavors. Each side of the beverage container has a spout for separate pouring the contents of that particular side.

The base surfaces and the gable surfaces are arranged on opposite sides of the sleeve surface. In order to enable the manufacture of packages with even more complex geometries without impairing the rigidity of the package, it is proposed that the sleeve surface has at least one stress-relief surface, which is arranged between the front surface and one of the two side surfaces. A package sleeve made of a composite material and a package manufactured from the composite material or from the package sleeve are also represented and described.

Reusable pour spout system and method
11713158 · 2023-08-01 ·

A reusable pour spout system that may be attached to different container types to dispense different substances, including course and fine granular materials and liquids. A port component has a proximal tubular end and a flange that is larger than the tubular end. The flange further includes a hole-cutting structure adapted to pierce the wall of a container, with a cutting edge adapted to form a hole in the container when the port component is rotated by a user after piercing. This positions the flange within the container with the tubular end exposed to receive a nut that traps the wall of the container between the nut and the flange. A cap is provided to seal off the port. The tubular end of the port component, the nut, and the cap may all be threaded. Different structures to enhance cutting and sealing are disclosed along with preferred method steps.

Resealable Pouring Element for Cardboard/Plastic Composite Packages With an Anchor Ring for Securely Fastening Screw Cap
