Cover for drug product bottles
The cover is made with two parts that close on each other over a cap on a drug product bottle. Each cover part has a semi-cylindrical periphery, a semi-circular lid and a radially inwardly directed ledge along a bottom edge of the semi-cylindrical periphery to fit under the cap of a bottle in a closed position. The cover parts snap together to lock in place. In one embodiment, the cover cooperates with a handle assembly having a handle of U-shape that is disposed over the cover to prevent separation of the two parts from each other.

LABELLING ARRANGEMENT FOR A MULTI-PART CONTAINER, SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR APPLYING A LABELLING ARRANGEMENT TO A MULTI-PART CONTAINER
A labeling arrangement for a multi-part container includes a sleeve-shaped cap element adapted to be coupled to and surround a closure of the container, the cap element having, relative to a longitudinal axis, first and second cap portions and a severing region. The labeling arrangement further includes a fixing label having adjacent first and second label portions. The first label portion is adapted to be attached to the second cap portion, and the second label portion is adapted to be attached to a container body of the container such that the fixation label couples the cap element to the container body, such that when the container with the labeling arrangement is opened, the cap element is separable in the severing region and at least a part of the first cap portion together with a part of the closure is removable from the second cap portion and the container body.
SYNTHETIC RESIN CONTAINER LID
A cap-type synthetic resin container lid (2), which can be removed sufficiently easily from a mouth-neck section (38) of a container without requiring great force and, even after removal from the mouth-neck section (38) of the container, continues to be kept integral without being partly separated to form a scrap piece, is provided.
The container lid (2) includes thin-walled inversion pieces (18) arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction and extending upward beyond a top panel wall (4) from the lower ends of the thin-walled inversion pieces, the lower ends being connected to the outer peripheral surface of a skirt wall (6) or to the boundary part between the outer peripheral surface of the skirt wall (6) and the upper surface of the top panel wall (4); a restraint wall (20) connected to the upper ends of the thin-walled inversion pieces (18) and having a specific site (22) in the circumferential direction, the specific site being either split, or being defined by a breakable weakened section (24); and an operating section (30) connected to the outer peripheral surface of the skirt wall (6) via a connecting piece (28) extending out radially from the outer peripheral surface of the skirt wall (6) at a position in alignment with the specific site (22). Locked projections (26) and locking projections (36) are disposed in the restraint wall (20) and the connecting piece (28), respectively, to collaborate in restricting the expansion of the restraint wall (20).
Closure caps
A cap for a container closure or closure plug includes a cap top having a top surface and a bottom surface, and an attachment ring extending axially downward from the bottom surface of the cap top under a central portion of the cap top. The attachment ring is securingly engageable with a container closure or closure plug. The attachment ring includes a cam surface extending radially outward from the attachment ring, where the cam surface deflects the attachment ring radially inward upon engagement of the attachment ring with the container closure or closure plug. The cap top and the attachment ring are connected by at least one frangible connection and at least one permanent connection, where the at least one permanent connection retains the cap top in one piece upon breaking of the at least one frangible connection for removal of the cap from the container closure or closure plug.
SEALING CAP FOR A CONTAINER CLOSURE AND CONTAINER CLOSURE COMPRISING SUCH A SEALING CAP
A sealing cap made of an elastic plastic material for a container closure includes a container socket base formed on a container for disposing a container socket having a bung plug disposed in a bung socket formed on the container socket base, the sealing cap comprising a lid disk which has a fastening means disposed on an underside of the lid disk and provided with a snap-lock means for forming a snap-lock connection with the bung plug, and an edge skirt disposed at the circumference of the lid disk and connected to the lid disk via a predetermined breaking means. The lid disk has a support means for supporting the lid disk on the container socket base, the support means being disposed radially inside adjacent to the predetermined breaking means on the underside of the lid disk.
Tamper-resistant secure container cover
A secure container cover for a container and manufacturing method therefore are provided. The secure container cover includes an integrally molded body with an annular structure and a side wall. The annular structure includes a central void defined by an intermediate perimeter, and a graspable loop integrally formed with the annular structure is configured to reside within the central void. A tear initiation point is formed where the graspable loop joins the annular structure. A thin section extends from the tear initiation point to a bottom edge of the side wall. The graspable loop is detachably connected to the annular structure at a bridging section. The bridging section is configured to break when an upward biasing force is applied to the graspable loop, and the side wall is configured to separate along the thin section when the graspable loop is pulled away from the body of the secure container cover.
Tamper-evident closure
Embodiments of a tamper-evident closure are disclosed which prevent unauthorized access to a container and its contents, deterring adulteration or introduction of counterfeit product. In one embodiment the tamper-evident closure can be fitted to an associated container and closure, and includes a portion which is removed by fracture of the tamper-evident closure to gain access to the container closure. In another embodiment, an arrangement of wedge-like tongues permit fitment of the tamper-evident closure to associated container for temper-evidence. In another embodiment, the tamper-evident closure is joined by frangible bridges to the container closure to provide the desired tamper-evidence. In another embodiment, the tamper-evident closure is movable axially of the associated container closure to thereby provide evidence of removal.
Closure caps and closures
A cap for a screw-threaded container closure or closure plug includes a cap top and an attachment ring. The attachment ring is securingly engageable with the container closure or closure plug. The attachment ring comprises a cam surface and an upwardly facing shoulder above the cam surface. The container closure or closure plug comprises a plurality of lugs engageable by a wrench or other drive tool. Each lug includes a radially inwardly facing guide surface comprising a downwardly and radially inwardly sloping portion and a downwardly facing shoulder extending radially outward below the downwardly and radially inwardly sloping portion. A secure and relatively easy engagement between the cap and container closure or closure plug is thereby obtainable.
