A gas barrier film including: a substrate layer containing polypropylene; a resin layer containing a copolymer of propylene and another monomer; a vapor deposition layer of an inorganic oxide; and a gas barrier layer, laminated in this order, wherein the vapor deposition layer has a thickness of 5 nm to 300 nm, the resin layer has a thickness of 0.3 .Math.m or more, and a surface of the resin layer facing the vapor deposition layer has at least one softening temperature in a range of 100° C. to 170° C. when measured by local thermal analysis (LTA).

A pouch-type container including a pair of main-body sheets defining a storage space for containing a packaged substance; an opening at a first end of the main-body sheets in a z-direction; a spout at a second end, opposite the opening, of the main-body sheets in the z-direction; and an opening/closing part offset from the opening toward the second end in the z-direction to open and close the storage space. The pouch-type container further includes: a locking band fixed to the main-body sheets at a pair of fixed portions spaced apart in a width direction (x direction) to define an insertion space with the outer surface of one of the main-body sheets, the width direction being perpendicular to the y-direction wherein the main-body sheets face each other and the z-direction; and a lock part including at least one of the main-body sheets and configured to be locked with the locking band.
GAS BARRIER LAMINATE AND PACKAGING BAG
A gas barrier laminate (including a substrate layer containing a polyolefin, a metal oxide layer, and a gas barrier cover layer in this order. The gas barrier cover layer contains a silicon alkoxide or a hydrolysate thereof and a water-soluble polymer, and a content ratio a/b between a content of silicon atoms of the silicon alkoxide or a hydrolysate thereof (mass part a) and a content of the water-soluble polymer (mass part b) is 3/97 or more and 45/55 or less in mass ratio.
Airtight bag for preserving a first substance and at least one second substance
An airtight bag is provided for preserving a first substance and at least one second substance. A first opening device is provided for providing a first opening and an access by a user to the first substance in the bag, and at least one second opening device is provided for, subsequent to accessing the first substance via said first opening, providing at least one second opening and an access by the user to the at least one second substance in the bag. The first opening device is positioned such that first opening facilitates the access by the user to the first substance. The at least one second opening device is positioned such that the at least one second opening facilitates the access by the user to the at least one second substance.
Closure with tamper-evident band
A closure (8) with tamper-evident band (40) includes a fixed band (42, 142) and a movable body (50). The fixed band (42, 142), with tamper-evident band inviolate, is joined to the movable body (50) by a weakened portion (52, 152) The tamper-evident band (40) also includes a tamper-evident ring (70, 170) housed, with the tamper-evident band inviolate, in an inner compartment of the closure (8) to be hidden from view. The weakened portion (52, 152) tears due to the unscrewing of the closure (8) and the tamper-evident ring (70,170) pops out of the inner compartment and is arranged, with the seal violated, so as to separate a fixed edge (49, 149) of the fixed band (42, 142) from a movable edge (51, 151) of the movable body (50).
MULTI-APERTURE SPILL-RESISTANT SPOUT
A spill-resistant spout and method of injection molding a spill-resistant spout. The spill-resistant spout includes a conduit portion having an exit aperture in fluid communication with a central channel; and a seal portion having a bottom surface, the seal portion secured to the conduit portion and in fluid communication with the central channel, the bottom surface comprising at least two intake apertures configured to receive foodstuffs from a container. The use of multiple intake apertures increases the surface tension on the foodstuffs attempting to pass through the intake apertures while maintaining or increasing the total flow volume of foodstuffs through the spill-resistant spout. Additionally, the barrier qualities of the spill-resistant spout can be enhanced by providing one or more discrete layers of thermoplastic material and one or more layers of barrier material within at least one portion of the spill-resistant spout.
Multi-orientation cleaning device
A cleaning device and method of cleaning are provided. The cleaning device includes a power source and a pump in selective electrical communication with the power source. A storage container is provided. A valve assembly is disposed in the storage container and in fluid communication with the pump, the valve assembly being configured to selectively flow cleaning fluid from a first portion and a second portion of the storage container. A cleaning element having a spray nozzle is in fluid communication with the pump.
RECYCLABLE FLEXIBLE POUCH AND METHODS OF PRODUCING AND USING SAME
A recyclable flexible pouch whose constituent parts can be easily deconstructed and placed into appropriate recycling streams. Recyclable flexible pouches having a product disposed therein are also disclosed, along with kits containing same. In addition, methods of producing the recyclable flexible pouches and packaged products are also disclosed.

The apparatus may include a condiment delivery fitment including a condiment delivery base comprising two curved exterior surfaces formed adjacent to a flat top surface, a curved condiment delivery tube having a remote end and a near end, the near end affixed to the flat top surface of the condiment delivery base, and product valve distribution means positioned within the condiment delivery base and attached to the curved condiment delivery tube enabling rotation of the curved condiment delivery tube relative to the condiment delivery base, wherein rotation of the product valve distribution means selectively inhibits or enables condiment product delivery via the curved condiment delivery tube.
