Transportable Slurry Box System
20230043561 · 2023-02-09 · ·

A system for using a heated portable vacuum slurry box to efficiently store and transport material including drill cuttings from gas and oil well sites. The slurry box generally includes a vacuum tank, a structure attached to the tank, a vertical tailgate, and a hook for pulling the slurry box onto a vehicle. The features allow for the slurry box to meet space restriction requirements at a well site while functioning within the environmental conditions of winter and summer seasons. The system includes a preferred method to unload the slurry box.

Pressure Vessel Device

A self-contained heated portable vacuum slurry box which is constructed to hold both a positive pressure and a vacuum pressure. The slurry box generally includes a vacuum tank, a structure attached to the tank, a vertical tailgate, and a hook for pulling the slurry box onto a vehicle. The slurry box meets space restriction requirements while functioning within the environmental conditions of winter and summer seasons.

SYSTEMS, METHODS AND APPARATUS FOR IN-SERVICE TANK INSPECTIONS

Systems, methods and apparatuses for inspecting a tank containing a flammable fluid are provided. The system includes a vehicle having a propeller, a latch mechanism, a pressure switch, and an inspection device. The system includes a control unit in communication with the propeller, the latch mechanism, and the inspection device, and electrically connected to the pressure switch. The control unit powers on responsive to the pressure switch detecting an ambient pressure greater than a minimum threshold. The control unit receives, from the latch mechanism, an indication of a state of the latch mechanism. The control unit determines that the cable used to lower the vehicle into the tank containing the flammable fluid is detached from the vehicle. The control unit commands the propeller to move the vehicle through the flammable fluid. The control unit determines a quality metric of a portion of the tank.

Portable divided storage vessel

A storage vessel includes a body, two or more internal chambers or sections which may hold fluids or debris, one or more bulkheads 108 within the body of the storage vessel to separate the sections, and a roll off attachment apparatus. The storage vessel also comprises a series of ports and hatches to provide access to the sections within the storage vessel. The storage vessel can be moved to and from excavation sites using the roll off attachment apparatus which allows the storage vessel to be attached to or lifted onto a truck.

Dual purpose intermodal tank container
11691808 · 2023-07-04 ·

A dual-purpose tank container is provided, designed for transporting unrefined or refined fluid within the same internal space, eliminating unproductive deadheading. The tank container includes an inner tank in a frame, and outer insulation shell, the tank being equipped with at least one diaphragm so that a fluid, for example crude oil or diesel fuel, can occupy inner space without risk of contamination from a residual fluid. The high viscosity unrefined fluid can be almost completely drained using fluid draining channels present on the diaphragm surface, increasing transportation economy and eliminating any residual fluid pockets. At least one inlet present on the upper tank body supplies a solvent vapor/fluid to condition the space between the diaphragm and the tank wall, thereby preventing sticking of the diaphragm to the tank inner surface.

LOW PROFILE TRANSPORTABLE HOLDING TANK
20220380116 · 2022-12-01 ·

A low profile holding tank capable of being evacuated to a pressure differential of at least about 10″ of mercury, the low profile holding tank including at least one support structure, an upper outer layer and a lower outer layer each constructed from mild steel that is no thicker than about ¼ inches and a peripheral wall, the upper outer layer, the lower outer layer and the peripheral wall cooperate to define a space, the at least one support structure is connected to the upper outer layer at an upper connection point and the at least one support structure is connected to the lower outer layer at a lower connection point, wherein at least one of the upper connection point and the lower connection point is made from outside of the space.

Tank device

Inside a tank body storing a liquid, a return filter is provided protruding downward from an upper surface of the tank body, and a substantially plate-like (plate-shaped) float is also provided that is inserted into the tank body and floats in accordance with change in a liquid surface of the liquid stored in the tank body. The float is provided with an opening larger than a diameter of a filter case, and in a plan view, the float is disposed between the tank body and the filter case.

TANK CONTAINER AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME

Provided is a tank container which can accommodate and transport powder formed of hazardous material powder or the like while suppressing the contact of the powder with moisture in the air and an increase in temperature to a temperature equal to or higher than a predetermined temperature, and which can also easily discharge the powder, and a method of manufacturing the tank container. A tank container includes: a tank main body portion formed into an airtight cylindrical shape, which is configured to accommodate powder therein, and which is closed at both ends along a longitudinal direction; a plurality of accommodation and discharge portions, which are arranged so as to be adjacent to each other along the longitudinal direction in a lower portion of the tank main body portion, which have base end portions each airtightly joined to an inner wall of the tank main body and to an adjacent portion, and which have distal end portions each formed into an inverted tapered shape so as to protrude outward respectively from openings formed on an outer peripheral surface of the tank main body portion; a heat insulating portion formed on the outer peripheral surface of the tank main body portion; and a container frame portion having the tank main body portion fixed thereto.
