INJECTION MIXER
An injection mixer is provided, which includes an injection module, a valve seat module, and an adjusting module. The injection module may be disposed to penetrate one end of a bucket container. The valve seat module may be disposed at the end of the injection module, and the valve seat module may be disposed with at least one fluid supply channel and at least one outlet channel. The adjusting module may be disposed at the valve seat module to penetrate therethrough. The adjusting module may be movably connected to the injection module. When the adjusting module is driven to move the injection module towards or away from the valve seat module, an annular protrusion may approach or move away from the inner wall of the bucket container, and a size of the predetermined gap may be reduced or increased.
Mass-flow hopper
A mass-flow hopper that stores solid particulates and provides gas assistance to readily discharge the particulate matter. The mass flow hopper has an upper conical section connected via an intermediate section to a lower conical section having a lower discharge orifice. The lower conical section has a frustoconical configured gas impermeable wall lined with a gas permeable fluidizing plate spaced therefrom to define a lower space. The upper conical section slope is steeper than the lower frusto-conically configured gas permeable wall slope. Gas injected into the lower space passes from the lower space through the gas permeable fluidizing plate into the hopper to form a fluidized layer of gas between the solid particulates in the hopper and the gas permeable fluidizing plate. The fluidized layer of gas reduces wall friction within the lower conical section to facilitate discharging the particulates from the hopper.
Free flow collar for control valves
An apparatus for distributing gases and, optionally, liquids into a control valve includes a collar and a plurality of gas distribution devices. The collar includes a first side, a second side opposite the first side, an inner bore formed through a central portion of the first side and the second side, an outer edge positioned between the first side and the second side and which defines an outer perimeter of the collar, an inner edge positioned between the first side and the second side and which extends around the inner bore to define an inside perimeter of the collar, and a plurality of passages that extend through the outer edge and inner edge without penetrating the first and second sides. The plurality of gas distribution devices are mounted into the passages of the collar.
Aerator valve assembly
A high-pressure valve assembly is provided. The high-pressure aerator valve assembly includes an outer housing with front and back ends terminating a central passageway; a movable valve member having a one-piece unitary metal construction slidably engaged within the central passageway in the outer housing, the valve member having an enlarged head termination sealing the front end of the passageway. The assembly also includes a spring-loaded spring guide member also having a one-piece unitary metal construction which is fixed within the central passageway in the outer housing intermediate the front and back end and a wave spring having a predetermined spring constant for supplying spring tension to keep the moveable valve member sealed. Also included are operational sensors which include a linear shaft displacement counter for counting the number of times the valve member opens and closes; a vibration sensor, or accelerometer, for measuring vibration, a temperature sensor and/or an air pressure sensor. The assembly also includes externally accessible on-board memory for storing sensing data.

Sanitary high pressure aerator valve assembly
A sanitary high pressure valve assembly is provided. The valve assembly includes an inlet adaptor for admitting pressurized gas into a sanitary central passageway for release into a storage vessel containing granular material for the purpose of aiding flow of the granular material from the storage vessel. The valve assembly also includes an isolation chamber for housing serviceable parts that are isolated from the sanitary central passageway.

Aeration apparatus for tanks containing powdered materials or the like
An aeration apparatus to ease the emptying of a mass of powdered material from any kind of container. The apparatus comprises a vibrating membrane coupled to a device for pulling and fastening it to the container wall, so that said membrane adheres to the inner surface of the container wall. The apparatus is characterized in that the inner surface of membrane has a number of grooves shaped as radial recesses formed only on the lower half of the inner surface of the membrane itself. Each radial section of any radial recess is advantageously venturi-shaped.
Automatic unloading system for tank trailer or other bulk materials
An automatic unloading system for a tank trailer, or other bulk material transfer vehicles has a valve capable of being opened or closed, a solenoid connected to the valve to open or close the valve, a junction box having a connection to the solenoid, and a control box having a connection to the junction box, the control box having a control device that may be operated for controlling operation of the solenoid to open or close the valve with operation of the control device for opening the valve to initiate discharge of granular material stored within the tank trailer. Various electrical lines are provided between these operative components, and further control boxes may be provided along the sides of the vehicle, to furnish and allow further control by the operator, when viewing the unloading process.
