APPARATUS AND METHOD TO STORE BARS
Apparatus to store bars (B) comprising a support plane (11), a bundle feed zone (12) and a bar delivery zone (13) associated with respective opposite ends of said support plane (11), wherein said support plane (11) comprises a unit (14) to move said bars (B) in a direction of movement (Z) at least from said bundle feed zone (12) to said bar delivery zone (13).
Storage apparatus
An apparatus (10, 60) for storage of elongate elements, such as pipes, tubes and conduits. The apparatus (10, 60) includes a frame (12) that supports a plurality of trays (15, 63). The trays (15, 63) are arranged in two vertical columns of storage positions, except for the trays located at the top or bottom of the apparatus as they are moved about sprockets (71, 72) by a drive motor (73). Each tray (15, 63) is configured to support a plurality of elongate items. The trays (15, 63, which may embodied as cradles or racks, may be moved between a storage position and an access position, wherein in the access position, the elongate items can be accessed from substantially vertically above the tray (15, 63).
APPARATUS AND METHOD TO FEED BARS
Apparatus to feed bars (B) to one or more user machines located downstream, said apparatus comprising a support plane (11), a bar feed zone (12) located in proximity to one bar supply end (13) of said support plane (11), wherein said support plane (11) comprises a unit (14) to move said bars (B) in a direction of movement (Z) from and toward said bar feed zone (12).
BILLET SUPPORT FINGERS FOR PALLETIZATION
A support assembly includes a pallet table having an upper surface. A plurality of support members are configured to pass through a pallet positioned on the upper surface of the pallet table. Each support member includes a receiving surface that defines a portion of a channel extending across the support members.
HONEYCOMB STORAGE SYSTEM AND COMMISSIONING DEVICE FOR A HONEYCOMB STORAGE SYSTEM
A honeycomb storage system with at least one shelf unit, including a plurality of storage units arranged side-by-side and overtop of each other, accessible from an operating side, for receiving cartridges. The storage units are embodied such that the cartridges can be removed horizontally at the operating side in the longitudinal direction and can be inserted therein. A shelf operating device is arranged at an operating side and a commissioning device is arranged on a front side of the shelf opposite the operating side. The commissioning device is allocated to a plurality of storage units used as marshaling storage units, which are embodied such that cartridges located therein can also be removed at the front of the shelf. The commissioning device has several commissioning sites for placing cartridges as well as a commissioning cart that can move along the front of the shelf perpendicular in reference to the cartridges. This cart is embodied such that it can approach all commissioning sites. The commissioning device additionally includes a removal device that can move along the front of the shelf, perpendicular to the cartridges, for pulling cartridges out of the marshaling storage unit and returning them thereto.
Apparatus and method for securing tubulars on a drilling rig
A device and method for subterranean operations comprising a latch adapted to be coupled with a fingerboard of a drilling rig, the fingerboard including at least two fingers, wherein: the latch is selectively moveable between an open configuration and a closed configuration, the latch is adapted to selectively permit entrance of a first tubular into a tubular storage area between the at least two fingers when the latch is in the open configuration, and selectively maintain the first tubular in the tubular storage area when the latch is in the closed configuration, and the latch is spaced apart from the fingerboard.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR HANDLING BARS
Apparatus for handling bars including a support plane configured to support a plurality of bars having an oblong development, and handling devices configured to remove a bar from a removal zone of the support plane and to deliver it to a delivery zone. Movement devices are associated with the support plane which are configured to distribute the bars on the support plane and to move them toward the removal zone.
WAREHOUSE STORAGE AND RETRIEVAL SYSTEM FOR FISHING RODS AND FISHING ROD BLANKS
A warehouse storage and retrieval system for fishing rod blanks includes a framework structure comprising a plurality of front horizontal supports, and a plurality of rear horizontal supports. The system also includes a plurality of individual storage receptacles supported between the plurality of front horizontal supports and the rear horizontal supports in a horizontal orientation, where each receptacle has an open end proximate the plurality of front horizontal supports and an opposing closed end proximate the plurality of rear horizontal supports. The system includes a plurality of fishing rod blanks within the plurality of individual storage receptacles, and each fishing rod blank having an identifying tag storing data. In addition, the system includes a database storing a spatial location of each of the fishing rod blanks corresponding to a respective individual storage receptacle within the framework structure.
