Scallop Feeder Bowl and Delivery System for Necked Bottles and like objects
An apparatus and system with a compact footprint and floor space requirements, reduced changeover time for product tooling changeover, reduced labor, smaller initial capital investments, and reduced waste while increasing overall machine uptime/usage, productivity, quality/repeatability, and reducing spare parts inventory and maintenance. This apparatus and system is a Scallop Feeder Bowl and Delivery System for Necked Bottles and like objects. The main function of this design is to build a machine with completely interchangeable pieces for multiple parts handling including first interchangeable upper parts with an upper scallop and a pre-scallop section has interchangeable sections allow for multiple parts with easy changeover and second an interchangeable lower and supporting parts with a lower scallop and a series of custom drop funnel sections.

Sorting method for hollow bodies and sorting device
Hollow bodies which are closed on one side and which are cylindrical are sorted by a sorting device. The hollow bodies have an end-side opening, a base surface situated opposite the opening and a shell surface extending between the base surface and the opening. The sorting device includes first nozzles arranged on an upper guide for conducting a first fluid flow in the direction of a lateral guide, and second nozzles arranged on a lower guide for conducting a second fluid flow in the direction of an outlet. Since the force of the fluid flow is several times greater if the fluid flow strikes a part of the shell surface of the hollow body through the end-side opening of the hollow body than if the fluid flow strikes the base surface of the hollow body from the outside, sorting of the hollow bodies is made possible.

BELT CONVEYOR FOR PORTIONED FOOD PRODUCTS
A belt conveyor comprises a belt with a drive roller, a deflection roller that can be adjusted relative thereto upwardly and/or downwardly, and an upper run extending therebetween for transporting the food products. The belt conveyor comprises a deflection element arranged between the drive roller and the deflection roller and configured for adjustment in the direction of transport. The upper and/or the associated lower run of the belt transitions from a first longitudinal section running in the direction of transport to a second longitudinal section tilted relative thereto when the deflection roller has been adjusted. The second longitudinal section can be quickly tilted and flexibly adapted to the dimensions of the food products and their transport distances inbetween.
ARTICLE FEEDING DEVICE
According to the present disclosure, an article feeding device that reliably and consistently outputs properly oriented articles includes an input configured to receive articles, an output configured to dispense properly oriented articles, an orientation alteration portion between the input and output, and an orientation control system. The orientation alteration portion includes a first track configured to allow properly oriented articles to pass therethrough without alteration and a second track configured to alter the orientation of improperly oriented articles. The orientation control system is configured to detect orientation of the articles at the input and to send the articles to either the first track or the second track depending upon the detected orientation.
Systems and methods for providing singulation of objects for processing
A processing system including a singulation system is disclosed. The singulation system includes a conveying system for moving objects to be sorted from a source area along a first direction, a detection system for detecting objects at the conveying system, and for selecting certain selected objects for removal from the conveying system, and a removal system for removing the certain selected objects from the conveying system for providing a singulated stream of objects.
